Can’t even finish create account screen
I had to download the app because the website is also buggy and this app is even worse. I can’t continue to next screen when creating an account and I just want to place an order. Not even interested to create an account but this is required.

Can’t Change Kitchen Choice
There are two locations near me. I picked the farther one to see what restaurants they offer. When I entered my delivery address, it refused to deliver there.
I tried to change the kitchen choice to the one closer to me and discovered there is no way to do that in the app. I had to delete and redownload the app to remove the stored preference.
I haven’t ordered yet, so I have no comments on that process.

Sloppy App
This app which seems to be nothing more than a website wrapper doesn’t even list all the restaurants at a location. You can see unlisted restaurants via some of the highlighted menu items in the cuisine features but nothing links back to those missing restaurant menus.
Really digging this app very convenient
I love it there are combination of known restaurants in town I can order anything from different restaurants all into 1 order. How amazing

During covid, KU was the best find. Before it, everyone had to compromise. One kid wants a burger, another wants a sandwich, wife wants taco, and I want noodles. With Kitchen United, we can all get what we want with one delivery.....shipped by the same driver.

My brother told me about this app and initially I skeptical. I am so glad I listen to him all of my favorite add just a touch of a button.
Best Girls Night In App!
I love this app! It’s becoming a weekly tradition now to order from Kitchen United when my best friends get together at my house. Everyone gets what they want because of the variety of restaurants. In one stop, I can get chicken pad thai, vegan tacos, and the best artisanal ice cream in the city! It’s easy to order all my favorites and try out new things too.

Great options and no crazy delivery fees
Based out in the Pasadena area and LOVE the options (shoutout to Mama Musubi!) Yes, I get that they don’t have as many choices as the other delivery platforms do, but at least they aren’t tacking on all those extra fees at the end when I want delivery.
