New layout sucks
Way to go Klarna on screwing up a product. New layout is not intuitive at all!!!
Needs a lot of work.
App won’t allow me to change my email (which has been compromised by hackers) therefore I don’t feel comfortable linking my bank account. So now I’ve got late payments because I had to get a new debt card (because of HACKERS) and when I try to put my new card number in, it’s not working. Great.
I’ve also tried getting refunds before after getting scammed from an Instagram ad for rock lights that go under a truck (that never got shipped) and Klarna wouldn’t allow me to get any money back. They have no customer service whatsoever. No number you can call. It’s a joke. Once I get these last few things paid off I’m going to delete this app for good.

Latest update removed all cards
Latest update removed all cards. EDIT: re dev response: Contacting support is useless. They haven’t restored anything. The app was good when it was Stocard. I don’t want anything other than simply my damn store cards first thing, front and centre as soon as I open the app. I don’t want to have to log in. I want a reliable, usable offline experience.

Terrible customer service
Have been using Klarna for years the last few months I have had nothing but terrible customer service have never missed a payment but yet I get denied for even the smallest purchases just as a test

Worst experience so far
My wife kept nagging me to download this app and so I spent the better part of my day doing all the credentials and all that jazz only for it to choke up on my purchase! I had a line behind me forming while I’m trying to fiddle with this app and verifications that keep me in a never ending loop! Now I have money in all different cards trying to get this Klarna thing to work! The help tab is just an ai not a human contact at all! Was super excited to try this app out and now I’m only 50$ in the hole now and with the embarrassment of having to decline my order at the store for this slow and unreliable app! I wish I could give it 0 stars but I had to put at least 1 star to leave a review! Don’t download this app! It’s a waste of time!

Best shopper tool around!
Love spending my money with Klarna, they make buying easy with split pay system, it’s like back in the day when you could put things on lay-a-way, but you get your purchase when the Mail truck/delivery guy comes!
Updates Suck
I’ve always loved Klarna. But this new mandatory Face ID thing sucks. Since it’s been out, I don’t use Face ID for anything. Never wanted to. Why is this now mandatory? Feels intrusive. I will definitely stop using Klarna now.

I’ve been locked out of my account with no way to access it and it’s 100% karma’s fault, they require me to verify my email and they simply won’t send you the code no matter how many times you resend or confirm your number, you also can’t talk to support without signing it which they won’t let you do, terrible

I’m very unhappy with the way the Klarna app has been redesigned. It has become extremely difficult to understand my account. The app appears to show that my total outstanding balance is around £85, but when I go through different sections of the app, I can see amounts that suggest I actually owe around £200. It is very unclear which payments are outstanding, what the actual total balance is, and when each payment is due to be taken. The information is now so confusing and scattered that I cannot get a clear picture of my actual debt and upcoming payments. Please provide me with a clear breakdown of: my exact total outstanding balance; each outstanding payment; the amount of each payment; and the date each payment is due. I would really appreciate a clear explanation of what I actually owe, because the current app interface makes this extremely difficult to understand.

It is extremely inconvenient.

Really liked the app the way it was before, this new layout is not even remotely as good as before. Came back to add to this review and change my rating because being forced to set up a Face ID to see my account is BS
