New security measures
I’ve been using the Klarna app for quite some time with no issues. Now it won’t let me bypass taking a selfie for “security reasons”. I do not want to do that. Or having to provide valid ID after verifying phone number, email and Face ID. Now I cannot even get past the “selfie” part and into the app to make my payments. This update sucks.

Worst App Update Ever!
Klarna is a great tool and I have been a member for several years before it became popular. I have always enjoyed using the App. However, they have recently updated it and it’s TERRIBLE! They have removed the ease of navigation and the ability to locate your payment plans. Why why why did they do this?!

Last update is garbage
Horrible layout. Why are my due payments not in order. Some are in the “to do” tab and others in the upcoming. So now I have to check both areas for my due payments in order. Whatever designer approved this garbage update should be fired.
Klarna balance
As much as I pay on time my Klarna balance still hasn’t went up
