Does not follow commands
I uploaded my own pictures and ask for silent video. I was very explicit and made the command two times that there be absolutely no sound whatsoever. No music, no voice, no script. Yet, the video came back with voices that were not prompted by me, but were generated out of thin air. As I prefer to add my own text and voice later, it makes this video useless to me. It cost me money to create these videos over and above the subscription fee. When I talked to customer service, I was told that there is no refund policy. Most of the AI that I have found is mostly useless for generating silent cartoons based on previously created characters. The only one that I have found that actually works is runway but even with that it’s just too expensive.

Terrible app
The first app I’m using for AI video. Very bad experience, I paid £10 for some credits but not going to buy it again. The AI completely changes important details from the reference images, especially when zooming in — buttons and other details look fake and distorted. The movements are also very unnatural. The handbag randomly switches hands or even appears in both hands without the model moving it, and the hair changes position without any physical movement. The result does not look professional or realistic at all. There is a lot of room for improvement in consistency, physics and detail preservation.

Doesn’t work
KLING’s current web pages still explicitly say that image-to-video can be started for free and mention free credits. But its current membership system appears to treat the Basic/free account as having no ordinary video-generation credits, with the recurring “free credits” being a subscriber benefit. Any attempt at generating a video, even with the most basic features selected, results in a message that “generation has used a subscriber-only feature” demanding payment. Uninstalled after 10 minutes. Useless.

Bought credits for £ but can’t use
I purchased credits, but I still can’t generate a video. It says the free-plan queue is busy and keeps asking me to subscribe, even though I already have credits. Very frustrating.

It requires you to buy a membership in order to use the credits you ALREADY bought to create a video. So why allow me to buy credits to use in the first place if it won’t let me use them without then being forced to buy a membership?

The app is good but its just greed they want you to pay $10 per month so i can get credits which is dumb also because i can only generate like 2 photos and videos which is just not good at all and then you also have to pay so it makes the photo generate faster and if you decline it makes to a minute to four minutes but other then that its good and the photos are high quality

I had a good amount of credits left and they don’t roll over. They take them at the need of the month no matter how much you have. Shouldn’t matter how I paid for them I paid for them so they should be mine to use for longer than a month. I cancelled because of this.
It’s OK could be better
Gives realistic video, but you have to accept whatever it spits out. A lot of times it’s not what I want even though I made it clear in the prompt. Then you waste money and have to buy more credits. It’s a big money grab. If there was a way to edit the video before it gets processed, would be useful, but I think they deliberately leave that out so you waste credits and have to buy more. I will be trying another AI video, I spent enough money on this one. I might lean towards Grok or something else.
