Scam disguised as an app
Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this app. The app charges $5 to “generate” a 4K video but can’t even follow simple prompt instructions written and there is no options available to edit the output or even charge like $1 to edit. It literally asks for another $5 to create a new video if you want to “edit” the output. There is also no options to request a refund. Deleted my account after this experience.

Erstaunlich das meine Rezension offenbar vom Erdboden verschwunden ist. Die App bietet unfassbar viele Optionen, die jedoch alle extra bezahlt werden dürfen. Simple Features wie nachträgliches hochskalieren von Videos geht hier jedoch nicht. Das "Ausprobieren" ist also recht kostspielig. Aktuelle Versionen wie 3.0 sind einfach teuer. Die Benutzerführung erfordert Einarbeitung und ist nicht auf deutsch.

VERY misleading
I bought credits and I’m not able to use there program as it keeps prompting me to pay for “features that are in there subscription plan” but I’m not using subscription plan features. Complete rip off and I want my money back!
The worst app
This is the worst ai app. This app doesn’t follows my commands and my requests. I lose a lot of credits (money) trying to create some projects using this app. Don’t waste your time and your money. This app is terrible.

Couldn’t pronounce “GET APPROVED” the text in the video was in a different language in another video it was in a different language. Despite me typing the description in english.

This app is not worth the money. I unfortunately have spent a lot to get videos that were way off of what I asked to be generated. Don’t waste your money on this app.
Video generation failing continuously
For almost 4days the Motion Control video generations are failing horribly. I have reached the Customer care several times through email but the problem is not yet resolved. It’s utter frustrating as there is only a typical reply…

I’m Fed up!
⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely frustrating experience
I have spent hundreds of credits trying to get Kling to do one very specific thing: use my uploaded photo for the characters and follow the action in my uploaded reference video.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Kling has successfully made three or four videos for me before, ranging from about 10 seconds to 30 seconds long. Those videos came out correctly. I know the feature works. I know what I’m doing. I’m using the same process I’ve successfully used before.
So now I’m trying to make a simple 9-second video, and Kling repeatedly ignores the video reference and does whatever movement it decides to do. In some attempts, it essentially gives me the same image I uploaded instead of following the reference video at all.
I’ve contacted support multiple times through email, the website, the web, and the app. I’ve already gone through the complaint and troubleshooting process repeatedly. Despite all of that, the problem has not been resolved, and I have not been reimbursed for the hundreds of credits used on these failed generations.
I’m not complaining because I expect every generation to be perfect. I understand AI can make mistakes. But I’ve already successfully created three or four videos with Kling using this process. I know it can work, and I know I’m not doing something wrong.
That’s why it’s especially frustrating to keep losing credits on a 9-second video that isn’t even following the reference I’m providing.
I’ve given Kling multiple opportunities to address this through every support channel available to me. At this point, I’m done wasting credits.
I know this feature works. I’ve seen it work. I just want Kling to follow the reference I’m providing instead of doing whatever it wants with my credits.

Unfair and uncool
The photos I have tried to turn into a video keeps saying “Generation failed”. I have tried so many prompts by using DeepSeek and the results continues to get worse and worse I have subscribed to one of the plans which is $10 a month to make a 10 second video and I have used every single prompt to make the video much better but the results to get worse and worse and worse which really annoys me big time I’ve changed it so many time and once again continues to say “generation failed”

Makes Silly Mistakes Which Ruin the Vdo
I have lost at least 1,000 credits when the result is senseless, silly, cartoonish response . It's Not very intelligent at times. This is a problem for people who want to do serious work
Literally the worst UI
I have never encountered such a clunky pos app in my life. Literally couldn’t generate one image because the whole screen goes black when you click to type a prompt. Can’t back out of that without closing the app. And that’s on an iPad 12.9. Absolute garbage.
Could not be angrier if I tried.
There is supposed to be a way you can remove the audio that the app generated when you made the video, and then select lip sync and upload a one minute audio file to work with.
It is insanely buried. I navigated there once by mistake. The proper one, not the bad version that only gives you five seconds of audio stripped from video in the Avatar mode.
I minimized the app to chop up my audio into 1 minute files, and the stupid app refreshed. Now I cannot find my way back to save my life to the feature because it is so deeply inaccessible in the UI.
More infuriating, their AI customer support tools are 100% unhelpful, and they tell you to do something, so when you click out of the tab the conversation isn't saved, so you don't even have the convo saved to tell it that its suggestion didn't work.
