I downloaded this app created videos it logged me out and I had subscribed to the subscription service and spent 45$ in additional credits in 2 weeks they logged me out the account and took my credits when I tried to log back in! Don’t spend your money just do the free stuff because they can log you out and force you to resubscribe!

It’s so simple to work it renders 15 seconds of video on the pro level I’m finish up my first videos and I’m so excited how it turned out
Misleading
Doesn’t even come close to producing video as requested even when given images of start and end state. Falsely makes you think upgrading plan processes faster but ends up taking ten minutes while displaying only 30 seconds of expected processing for simple animation of given images. Uses credits to not get anything done. This is a scam.

This is the worst editing I’ve ever seen I asked it to edit a few of my pictures and they came out absolutely TERRIBLE!

Waste of money
Lots of nice ideas, but doesn't work right. I bought 300 credits, generated first video for instagram reel and it added a random name to follow and there's no way to correct it. I specified a correct name and it generated it with mistakes, totally misspelled. It also changed from the first version I liked. In the end, I burned all credits and didn't get a meaningful result. It also displayed watermark, although I bought credits. Feeling scammed.

Takes your money doesn’t compute
This app is garbage. Not only does Omni not follow the simple edits you ask for like quality and seamless cuts, it adds random stuff you never asked for. Chops your videos in half where the image isn’t even in the frame or their head is cut off, and to make it all worse they charge you to edit even if they don’t do what you asked. Even if they mutilate your video. And charge you again if you ask them to fix what they massacred. Horrid app. Zero stars if possible. Should sue for the money they stole.

Deceptive App. Dreadful AI
Worst app I’ve ever used. I payed for a subscription and purchased over 6000 extra credits via Apple which I’ve never received and which Apple refuse to refund. Despite having a subscription and ample credits Kling AI demands that I pay extra for watermark removal despite it being free with subscription and demand that I buy further credits despite purchasing an ample amount. The AI itself is dreadful. It ignores the most concise and detailed prompts, does not understand most western references and the generated content is so blurry that it’s unusable. There is no help service at all and reporting unusable content leads nowhere. Apple needs to do a much better job at protecting consumers from theft. Happy Horse AI is available through another subscription and it is excellent & far superior. I will not allow Apple or Kling AI to get away with deceptive practices/theft & will take legal action if I do not receive a refund.

I’d like my $10 back. That’s how bad this generator is. It didn’t stick to my prompt, added things that were not in the prompt, and flat out ignored quotation marks. If it can’t stick to the prompt, then it’s trash.

Waste of money
I first got the free trial, which didn’t even work because they are so damn greedy. So then I upgraded to the seven dollars monthly and even that didn’t work. Whole thing is rigged and greedy as hell
Element creation
I keep trying to create an element, but it wont let me saying that "Tag contains sensitive words" when there are none. I optimize it, but it still won't let me do it. Please fix this

Using credits for misinterpreting videos is absurd
I downloaded the app and paid for the subscription. I created my first video and it was misinterpreted, so I revised the prompt to revise the video, only to discover that my credits were being used for misinterpretations. Frustrated, I deleted the app and asked for a refund of the subscription.
