Works… sometimes
Terrible app. My agency makes us to monthly trainings from Lexipol. I thought using the app would be an easy way to stay caught up. And it does, when the app chooses to work. It’s 50/50 for me on if it works or not. Tried all your basic app fixes, nothing. My favorite is when it loads everything but errors the one thing in the app I actually need.

Needs major improvement
This app isn’t the best as it should be. People are using this to look at policies on and off the field. The app always signs you out, which is super annoying and a huge inconvenience. Should be a one time login and that’s it. Needs a major update.

App needs to be removed from the store. Either it doesn’t work (hasn’t worked properly in years) and they’ve just created a new app or the updates aren’t effective.
Even in the developer’s response to what the App Store has labeled “the most helpful review” they ADMIT the app hot garbage.
If you’re not going to fix it or if you’ve already replaced it with a new app, then remove this trash from the store.

Login Session Expiration
Log in sessions don’t even last one day. Login page is bugged and takes time to successfully load. It’s a waste of time having to go through this process every time to review policy.

Does not support links, cross-references or images
After reporting to support that the app does not support links to other documents or render any embedded images. It does not even work with cross-references created in Lexipol KMS. They responded that it is a known limitation with no estimate on when it will be addressed.
Won’t save password?!?
Are you kidding me? This app will not stay logged in. You must REMEMBER your password as this app will not allow your phone to enter it. No matter what. With the hundreds of passwords we all have there is no reason this functionality should be excluded.

I can’t seem to be able to get the app to accept my login unless it’s newly installed. I literally have to reinstall this app every single day (at least on the days I want to use it).

Nothing works
App needs to be updated. Policy manuals are not uploading and the bookmarks don’t work either. I keep getting an error message regarding the bookmarks. I’ve deleted and reinstalled twice and still nothing works.
Bookmarks Tab Won’t Load
Every time I log in it won’t load my bookmarks. It says ‘an error occurred while loading the bookmarks’. Only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall but once I reinstall, all of my bookmarks are gone. Then I go through and re-bookmark everything just to have the same error a few days later. Why can’t I create bookmarks on the website then have the app and website store my bookmarks whenever I’m logged in?

Won’t show a proper log in screen
I deleted it and reloaded without success. The login area is off the page. Now useless.
