No respond to email
This apps might be the easiest app to use to trade. But very hard to reach the agent when you’re facing some difficulties.. I have payment issues since on the 9th of this month and I’m yet to be credited till date… I keep mailing them, sent them my bank statements no respond.
I’m still waiting for respond cos the money is too much for me to forget

This is a very bad app and they will never give you your money . I made a deposit to buy bitcoin and I was never funded in my wallet . Contacted customer care and they did nothing after bringing my bank statement showing the money left my account, for 4 months now. Please don’t trade with them
