Pay for monthly subscription and it does not work yet funds are taken. App is glitchy!!! If some work can be put into it would be tons better, but the WORST IS TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING! Does not work.

I’ve purchased the 3 month premium subscription and it hasn’t activated even after multiple attempts to delete and redownload the app. I’ve tried contacting koer directly through email with no response and it’s been very frustrating.

The app has continuous problems with subscription services. Despite being subscribed, the advertised features are not available.
The app crashes and shows errors. When you follow the prompts - IOS simply says “already subscribed”.
No way to log an error via app.

Sort this out! How can a person buy a subscription and it does not even register!!! Im demanding my money back
Premium not activating and no response from support
I purchased the 3 month premium subscription for Koer a few days ago but the upgrade never activated. I’ve sent several WhatsApp messages and emails to the developer without any reply. It’s disappointing because the app looks promising, but paying users deserve working access and basic support. Hoping the team resolves this soon. until then, I can’t recommend upgrading.

Hierdie toep is al dieselfde vir jare. Geen nuwe funksies of verbeteringe word aangebring nie. Daar is nie gevorderde maniere om makliker by mense met gemene belangstellings uit te kom nie. Ongelukkig is die enigste verandering -- wat in die laaste jaar of so aangebring is -- minder gratis aksies per dag en duurder opteken-fooie. Teleurstellend! O en die blok funksie werk geensins nie. Ai!!

Utterly disappointed in this app, messages don’t deliver first time (not data/wifi related) and when you resend the messages suddenly the first message goes through.. can’t load messages of active chats.. only get the message to say chats can’t be loaded? Why?

Ek was aan en af op die app en was verskeiekere op afsprake wat nie lekker gewerk het nie en het dood geloop het, ek het met n lank gesukkel my pas maat ontmoet met die selfde waardes en wat vir my gestuur is, moenie op hou soek nie, jou maat is daar buite

The app worked fine for a day but then it freezes and kicked me out and wouldn’t let me sign back in and I have a subscription you think if you pay for a service it would work
