Good alternative to airalo

I like Kolet better than Airalo because you don’t constantly need to install/uninstall esims which is what messes up my icloud sometimes. Also like that you can convert unused data to credits and apply that toward a future trip

Totally Worth it!

I’ve used Kolet seamlessly all over the world. Today, I had a minor issue getting set up and using the customer service support through WhatsApp, the agent quickly resolved my issue. I definitely recommend using this service.

Customer care

Their customer care is amazing. Had an issue with my eSIM and for 2 days (because I spent a day on a long haul flight), they followed up with me till it was resolved and they were extremely patient and guided me through the process of restoring my line and connection. I would definitely recommend them.

Getting set up

I can not say enough about the entire team who helped me get set up. With their very easy to understand step by step instructions with screen shots to easily follow the instructions. As I was in and out of airports and losing wifi meant I had to stop start the conversation but no matter who was taking over not one step was missed and no need to start from the beginning. I just started from where I left off with no issues. The entire process was very smooth.Absolutely fantastic customer service, can’t say enough about the help.

After getting the eSIM successfully loaded, the data capabilities of Kolet were on point. Great selectability ! Worked well in Paris, France. Next stop, Brussels, Belgium and three other Belgian towns.

24/7 customer services!

When I lost my phone , they helped me temporary switch until I found it and every time I had an issue they walked me through it ! Best telephone service in the planet with 10/10 customer service !
