Don’t trust this service

I couldn’t lock the bike after I finished using it. The app refuses to stop counting the hours used. The only support is to talk to their AI who pretends to help. No support line either.

The bikes were relatively OK, but when it came time to return, returning them and locking them up, the app was glitchy it wasn’t allowing us to lock our bikes in and we were charged extra
