Useless
My internet has been down for more than 24 hours and this app is useless - trying to trouble shoot the internet that doesn’t work but you need the internet to troubleshoot it
Also why is it so hard to talk to a real person ?
It has not been a month yet and the internet died 3 times
I would not recommend this app or the provider

Totally Useless
I can’t believe why would anyone invest in making such a useless application. Absolutely good for nothing. Doesn’t help you in any way.
Nothing happens
When I try to troubleshoot internet/router connection, it says "agent is working in the background" but nothing ever happens...
Koodo app?
There should be a koodo mobile app, not just a koodo wifi app.
Totally Useless
This app doesn’t even do anything. It says it can troubleshoot and help you with internet diagnostics, but there’s no options to even do anything except leave feedback and do a speed test. I clicked for a speed test and it said “Oh no! Looks like your wifi is out!” Thanks, I can figure out that much, that’s why I’m here lol. Doesn’t help you troubleshoot or any error codes, just tells you to go back to the home page which is a whole ‘lotta nothing. You can’t even change your router name or password on the app, either. I don’t know why you’d have a whole app that doesn’t even do basics for home internet. You gotta go into your browser to do anything.
