My time with lots started in college first borrow $400 was stuck at that until my 3 re time. Got more than that lost my job missed one payment any back down to 400. Then now won’t even recharge after years of being a member

It was okay.
It was great at first. I paid off my loan. Then waited to recharge. But when I went to recharge it was not allowing me. So I gave it a two stars.

I used this app when it was still called “boro” and I have multiple closed account marks on my credit from it. Not sure how much it’s affected my score but I just wanted to put it out there

Don’t bother
I’ve never written a review for an app before but this was just frustrating to not do it honestly. I read the reviews and was actually excited to try out this app since I’m struggling pretty bad financially right now and I saw some good reviews that seemed like this app really helped those people. But it wouldn’t even let me get as far as making an account. I put in my info and verified my phone number and it simply told me I couldn’t make an account and didn’t even tell me why I couldn’t or what requirements there are or anything like that. I’m just frustrated I was looking forward to getting the help I need and was just let down, didn’t even have it downloaded longer than 5 min. They could of at least given me as reason as to why I’m not able to make an account. If you can actually manage to make an account then I guess go for it, hopefully it’ll actually help you.

Do not use this app
The penalties and late fees are insane for Kora. Do not use this app the customer service is terrible and add miscellaneous fees. Ended up paying back what I borrowed ($150) plus $200 in fees. Can’t get ahold of anyone to discuss statement.

Extremely annoyed that this isn’t available in Nevada. Before you even sign up, you should be notified when you put your address in that it’s NOT available.
