stole my $30
Two years ago I signed on it to this app because there was promotion that if you gave them $30 you were supposed to get some sort of monetary increase to your account. Almost immediately after signing in and creating my account I was unable to access it. I was given the runaround by several customer support agents on multiple occasions. And even now two years later after I finally was able to get back into my account, I filled out their form five times to submit suspicious activity on my account. And none of them have been successful. I’m sick of making excuses for this poorly written app and the inability to call someone directly this company is a joke and they allowed someone to get into my account and do fraudulent trades and I have no way of informing them or of getting satisfaction, perhaps they will answer this review and I can get some answers
