Incompetent AI chat it keeps asking me to check my email and reply to emails when I’m already in the chat. The AI is also very stupid and keeps agreeing with me that it is clunky setup that I have to start a chat and finish with an email. Absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid like the plague

I attempted to open an account with this company over a month ago. They have my £2,500, have consistently refused to communicate with me and refuse to return the money.
I have made 2 complaints which they resolve in 10 seconds via an automated reply. It is impossible to get anyone to respond & I fear I’ll never see my money again.
Absolute frauds.
