Poor logistics, poor website with wrong information on committed delivery dates. No follow up. Other than on-flight delivery, other better online shopping platforms available.

Purchased 2 jb hifi gift cards from the app worth $600. Gift cards were not issued, money deducted from account. No phone number to assist, no response after sending email. Went all the way to Singapore Airlines office in Ion only to be told they were not under KrisFlyer they could only escalate the matter . Very disappointed to encounter this with such a big brand airline .

Unusable App
After downloading and registering on the app using my Kris flyer account details, the app is basically unusable because it constantly refreshes back to the home page every few seconds, making it impossible to navigate the app. Very frustrating!

Awful food on recent travel.
Was given chicken three times to eat as a gluten free meal ( as requested) on a recent flight.

Account gets locked when trying to login via Face ID
It looks like an app upgrade has caused an issue with logging in - my account has gotten locked while trying to login via Face ID and I can’t use the app

Hideous app!
Jesus this app is driving me barmy!! I have tried on numerous occasions to create a Kris account on my phone, tablet and website without any success at all. Why is it impossible to create an account? On this app it repeatedly crashes so I can’t even complete the form. On the Singapore Airlines App and the website it comes up with an error message. I would give up, only I am flying 4 times with them in the next few weeks and I would like WiFi access. This is truly the worst app and website I have come across in a long time - I would have expected so much better from Singapore Airlines. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Impossible to sign up
Have been trying to sign up to this app for hours for use in my forthcoming trip with SA. Hopeless. All the data keeps disappearing and page flips to the offers page! Really irritating and not good enough for Singapore

when i looking thru the app or after sign in, the app keep ask me to sign in and before i can enter the pin number the page turning motion happen and link me back to homepage, after i tried 5 times or so then i able to sign in successfully but while navigating in the app, is keep auto “flip page” back to the main page. Please fix this.

I try to login but it doesn’t work so I cannot use the program.
App not responding after scanning QR
I have expiring miles so decided to try a new restaurant that accepts Kris+ payment. Launched the app as usual but after scanning the QR, the app just stopped responding. So I ended up paying with card 😡. Now at home trying to find other places where I can use the miles and there was nothing (blank page) under “our partners”!

Requires frequent updates
The app itself is good and has good discounts when it works, but requires frequent updates which is inconvenient when paying in a busy eatery. No prompts are given to update the app either, it just hangs and doesn’t load
Account blocked 1 year 10 months
My account was blocked for over 1 year 10 months. CS asks me if my account got “pawned” whatever that means. After supplying them all the information, they emailed me on a Sunday saying they can’t help me anymore because I didn’t provide them with my passport details - which was and still in my KrisFlyer profile. I finally got in touch again and CS says they will get back to me in SEVEN WEEKS. Wow. So much for a premium airline’s reward program. Disgusting
