Most ridiculous thing and rude staff
This is the most illogical things to capture user information (to be sold later). On top of it, the app does not work - is not straightforward and too slow.
And useless and rude staff- the woman at the reception is least bothered if you get to your meeting or not. Does not want to help. No work done.

Hassle App
In the name of technology now any firm used to bother folks. This is one of kind … In order to place any food order we used to reach vendor and perform gpay simply but now another this app introduced which made the way of booking more Miserable
Piece of a scrap
Bloody waste of time for those who go in person to the shop to purchase this is a forceful implementation of the app by the building authorities.. It’s dam slow and takes lot of time to open not sure what the hell benefits we have using this app.

Great app
Am glad this app came in play, replaces the access cards which was hassle to carry. Also, I am able to pre order my meals so don’t have to stand in unnecessary cues - saves me a lot of work time. Plus I am not answerable to any guards - just show the app and it’s enough. No suspense on amenity availability also.. it’s all here.

Spark
A slow starter and an initial pain for us to use this for access. However being one of the person who wasn’t ever given the access card as they were forever to come- i feel great to be in control of my entry and exit. Can have some more features to do engagement
App asks to update, but no update available in App Store
The application displayed a notification to update, when redirected to App Store there was no update available. Tried refreshing many times. Couldn’t find a solution.
Does not upgrade for iPhone
App says “Update” when you click on update it goes to app, however in apps store it says open . So it is a circular direction and no update neither we can use on iPhone. Very bad testing and deployment. Pls fix at the earliest for iPhone users
The app is currently deficient
This have has been conceived well but executed poorly. Sometimes the smart access doesn’t work. Sometimes the address book itself is not picked for invites.. And sometimes the FNB struggles . So overall, the experience is quite poor.
Privacy and battery eater
It should be employee’s choice to provide bluetooth or location access. How some app can bound us to use these feature. Playing with the privacy is a big concern. Why would i want to carry a phone during my break and that too a smartphone.
Getting notification to download the update version
I am often getting a notification to download the updated version when trying to login, looks like there is some issue .. not compatible to my iPhone
Superb office app
Gets me past the turnstiles smoothly. No more access cards to be carried. Plus I can book all amenities directly. Love the screens and the simplistic branding.
Worst App
They have started introducing this application in our office, but the problem is that we were already using the Food Court and other food services at reasonable prices. With this new application, we can no longer order through other methods and are forced to use it, which is very inconvenient.
The application is poorly designed—sometimes it doesn’t even load properly, and placing an order is often problematic. Additionally, the menu prices have increased significantly. For instance, a dish that used to cost ₹150 now costs ₹200 when ordered through the app.
This product offers no real value, as it forces us to pay more for the same food we used to get at a lower price. It feels like we are being compelled to use this app, which is extremely frustrating.

Just used the app to access the entry points and it was an awesome experience. Must try for everyone.
Great Convenience
Our office started using the App last week and though we had some initial niggle, it started working like a breeze. On a closer look I thought it brings in lot of convenience not only in smooth entry and exit but also to order some food etc. Though I haven’t yet used the other features but look forward to using it. Great initiative.

Great App
Fantastic App with superb utility. A great app with a lot of potential making day to day more convenient, advanced and hassle free.
Superb App
The app is now moving like actually what the name is “Spark”. Features provided are actually marvellous, Tap and Go, Click to Open, QR scanning all are just fantabulous and we don’t have to wait for the guard to open the turnstile for me after asking for ID cards.
Great Initiative
I joined one organisation at One BKC and for the first time got to experience a non traditional Tap to Access through Bluetooth and NFC to pass through the Barriers. Works like a charm.
Ease of Access
For those of us who did not have access cards for the building the app is a big help. We don’t have to rely on security to get in and out of the building anymore

Fair amount of teething issues now working like a breeze. Initial 2 days the tap and access took time but now i done have to even open the app. Works well. Just work more on the speed of splash screen
