Broken app
Trying to use the prompt pay option to scan a QR code and it’s just a white screen. Inconsistent and inconvenient app that has maintenance every night and forces vpn to be turned off.

I have not yet had any issues. Its been very convenient and consistent. No complaints.
Scanner very Bad
Need more as 15 minutes on different places with different light!
But the scanners do accept my face!
So my wife pays the bill and pay it back with more transactions under 50000!
It’s nice you make also connection to Apple wit Face ID. think face scanner works very well in 1 second!

After Update only Problems
Face scanning not works well. Take Selfis it’s not possible at home.

Slow respond apps
I have been open and close many time but the apps keep show loading notification.

Recent app update not working
The new update isn't working. Every time I log in, the app repeatedly tells me my session is expired.

Outdated technology
The fact that this app becomes unusable every night for maintenance and needs to be completely off-line is just unimaginable and 2025. Especially for a bank. I would guess the developer only keeps their job because of some personal connection. It’s incredible that an app for a major corporation is still using 15-year-old technology and logic. The fact that your app becomes unusable every night for maintenance is proof of this. Your customers deserve better. I better user experience, better security, and a better app altogether. This app would have been old and outdated 10 years ago.

Prompt pay problems
The app has gone through a change where the scanning window appears first followed by the account pin. Before, i would enter the pin and then the scanning window would appear. Now the app has severe problems reading many merchant reading devices. I have to manipulate my phone in many positions and sometimes takes several minutes holding up the customer lines. The app was working great before, now the pin procedure is different and the app is very inconvenient. The scanning pay window should instantly read any QR code, and it has problems reading machines with small glass windows.

Can’t use VPN!!
It is mind-boggling that this bank app can’t work on a wifi network, but worse is that it won’t allow protected connections using VPN. Seriously makes using the app an invitation for compromising your data and privacy….so useless. Now trying to find a more tech savvy Thai bank that has thought through customer access via wifi and allowing VPN secure connections…..but not hopeful. Krungsri clearly has not….a shame really. They should not closedown their web browser app, it works in wifi and with VPN.

Face recognition worst in industry
Of all the Thai banks these guys really bungled the face scan stuff. “Confidence score too low” “change scanning location” when I’m brightly lit and with a solid contrasting background.

Disgruntled Customer
Nothing but problems since the supposed upgrade (more like a downgrade).
The app either freezes or simply displays a yellow screen with tiny icon & nothing further.
Having gone into my branch to rectify, the app worked fine once repaired & upon leaving the branch.
However, no sooner am I back home, & here we are again without access to the app.

Finger print no longer work
It has been more then a month that the finger print to access my account is not working even with the setting ON
Each time I need to insert my code?
Also it mention in settings that my email is not verified but each time I do a transaction a message is send to this email.
There is no place to save or confirm this email that I use for Krungsiri being a customer for 26 years!!!
Please get this application fixed
