Don’t press Login with Apple
After login with Apple ID, this apple randomly generate an email when I finish filling in passport details, ask me to log in again, and I can’t even remember the random email generated automatically. Then I tried to sign up again, it says the passport has been used already. No solution to this matter at all. The hotline can’t solve it neither.

I used apple sign in before and now i cannot login anymore as it says required mail address.
I tried to register with new account but i cannot register because my identification ID already used on previous acc.

Uninstalled apps and Forget Password
Hi it would be nice if Ktmb can improve situation where if everytime I uninstalled KTMB Mobile, and installed again, I need to click forget password, eventhough I already insert the right password. This is so disappointing, kindly improvised, thanks.

Tiket train platinum untuk KL Sentral - Ipoh tidak boleh dibeli melalui aplikasi. Sekiranya saya nak pergi ke Ipoh dengan Platinum, saya harus beli tiket ke Kuala Kangsar. Pihak KTM tolong selesaikan isu ini untuk kemudahan pengguna.
Warga Emas Discount for Couples
Both husband and wife are both registered & verified with KTMB for Warga Emas Discount. However when booking tickets as couple, Only the principal account holder can claim Warga Emas Discount while the other was not allowed to choose the ticket type to Warga Emas.

I created an account using the apps ‘Sign in with Apple’ feature and bought several tickets. ‘Sign in with Apple’ is no longer working and I can’t access my tickets. There is no App support available…someone please help!
Login difficulties/Email forget
I tried to register through the app, but it says my MyKad number already exists in the system. I also tried the ‘Forgot Password’ option, but my email address was marked as invalid.

They like simply say “due to teknikal gangguan” this excuse simply change the our seat from forward to back, ecen you pay expensive for business also like this! Face this issue more than 4 times in a month! Charges expensive but don’t want upgrade the system keep this excuse! !

This apps really bad, all payment always unsuccessful whether for pay the tickets or top up ktm wallet. And all details of passengers should be kept instead of typing it repeatedly.
