试了三张信用卡 都卡在付款界面 也不支持Apple pay 垃圾中的垃圾
Can’t reload funds on the app
The screen turned blank after I put the OTP code to verify the transaction. It happens againnnn
Mobile order not available.
App doesn’t work 9/10 times for mobile orders saying Try again later. I always have to call in to order pickup. I’m a regular over years I’m even on VIP status but these days the app stops me from ordering. Maybe they are worried about my blood sugar level? Lol
Can’t Reload Digital Dollars
This basic function has been broken for months. It goes to a blank screen right after you verify your credit card info. Please fix, otherwise the usefulness of the app is severely limited. Thanks.
Reload function doesn’t work
Can’t reload the funds in the app . I proceeded to the final step of inputing the verification code, the screen is white blank. I tried many ways like changing the card, using the different device, it doesn’t help at all
Can’t process payment
I’d get to verification of purchase but when I enter the code and press submit the page just goes blank.
Doesn’t work at my location
Would be nice to use the app, but its hasn’t been available for use at my closest location for almost a year. I end up going to a competitor now. Also my money is trapped in the account.
Cannot reload or pay
Ever since the last app update, I’ve not been able to process a payment. I’d go through all the steps, even past the credit card verification step where they sent me a code to confirm my identity. I would click confirm and then nothing. The app would get stuck and nothing gets processed. It used to work fine but now it won’t work. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Tried different ways and nothing.

Good for everything but ordering…
Good place to see the menu, set up an account, and monitor rewards, buuuut it can’t complete a financial transaction period. I cannot place an order, reload a card, it cannot use Apple Pay and even if the cards did work it doesn’t save payment information you I hope you have your card number memorized.
All in all it helps me with what I want and is 99% on the front end. But the primary function of the app just doesn’t work, and considering reviews hasn’t been working for 2 years, so don’t hold your breath.

Please improve workflow and add Apple Pay
When placing an order
- select location
- add to cart
- pay for order - to find cost
- go to main screen
- add emoney
- enter credit card and remember previous cost and wait
- main screen
- select location
- find cart
- pay for order - reselect tip and wait
- order confirmation fails “due to network timeout”
- refresh until balance shows as zero
- enjoy bubble tea

Can’t reload wallet
Tried reloading money onto the app to make an order and payment failed. Tried over 10 times and called my bank to make sure it wasn’t my card. This Ontario app is such garbage! Can this app be improved?
