Not working
App does not work i go at least 5 x times a months app keeps asking me to verify my email. I’ve done it on new occasions. It does not work at all so my point searches expiring.
Broken
This app is broken. I downloaded it for the first time to try to order a drink ahead. It asked me for my full name and my full date of birth and my email address which I was uncomfortable with giving all three of those. Nonetheless, I provided my full name my date of birth, and my email address and the screen said that I would receive a verification via email before I could order my drink. I waited several minutes and never received a verification code. So now they have my full name, date of birth and email address and I am still not able to order anything on the app for pick up.

Verification required every day
I order boba tea every day. I love the tea, seriously dislike this app. It used to work just fine. Every day now I have to reply to a verification text before my order will go through.
I tried the polite way, emailing the support. I received a polite reply. It was better for a week. Now it’s worse.
Please fix this instead of pushing your long term, dairy customers away.

Not so good anymore
The app keeps getting less useful and harder to navigate.
There’s a bug where adding a saved favorite to the cart won’t show the cart. It’s still there even after the latest update.
The payment always defaults to Apple Pay instead of the last used, which gets annoying to have to change every time.

I love getting drinks from here! Always so good and friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend!

The app constantly adds more click requirements, more email verification, more text verification-it’s maddening.
I love the tea and usually have one every day.

literally just a black screen and i can never log in

We love it here! Everything is delicious and the app is so easy to use and have our order waiting for us to pick it up!
Rewards don’t get applied, I end up paying full price
This has happened 3 times now. I redeem my reward for a size upgrade or free topping. But when I add it to my order, it shows the discount in the cart but when I pay , I end up paying full price and the receipt also shows full price! Never happened until recently.
App Doesn’t Default to Boba—Paid for Two Orders to Fix It
The app doesn’t default to boba, which isn’t intuitive for bubble tea. Ended up paying for two orders to fix it, and customer service wasn’t helpful. Great drinks, but the ordering process needs work.

Add payment is a pain
Adding a payment method sucks but after fiddling with it for about 10 minutes we got squared away. Should be more user friendly in that regard but we got there.
Sign In too often/too many steps
Every other app I stay signed in OR all I need is my password to login. This is the only app that makes me check my email for a code. Makes no sense.

stole my money and has not refunded me— i spent $14 here and had $40 taken out of my bank account. i am in college and cannot spare $25 that i did not spend. support has not gotten back to me. very disappointing and will not be returning
Payment errors CONSTANTLY
All but once has this app actually worked when processing payments for your order. Terrible.
