I can’t understand why they have not hired a new company to redesign the App for 2 years, it is having the same problems.
The latest problem is that it deleted all my points for no reason!!!!
I usually plan my lunch the day before. If I open this App at night, the screen brightness goes nuclear bright!!! This hurts my eyes and it suddenly bright light ruins my melatonin production!!

Poorly designed
The App when opened turns on FULL brightness that can blind you if you don’t look away!!!
It’s like having a flashlight shined at you in pitch dark. Sort of hurts the eye!!

Reservations don’t work
I set a reservation for 8:50-9 PM, when I arrived I checked in (Host) sits 2 people right as I arrive. Then I tell the host I set a reservation, he responds there is a few parties in front of you, as a result, eating at competitor for the night.
So fun!!!

Unusable
I’m not a rube who uses DoorDash so if you try to order anything from the menu on the app directly from them the app literally doesn’t work. It often crashes too. FIX IT!!
Severe downgrade
Riddled with UX issues and dark UX patterns. Removal of useful features such as waitlist viewing. Kinda a bummer that they had to submit a whole new app for this too.
First Timer Experience
What an awesome experience for all ages. Don’t shy away from the counter seating it’s fun convenient and the robots will still serve you.

The rewards can’t be obtained the app won’t send me the email to confirm my email even do I get newsletter and messages all the time

It’s convenient when I want fast food and appreciate that I am able to send an order when items are not available on the conveyor. My favorite are seared bluefin, seared & charred mackerel, snow crab leg, and sesame seeds dessert.
The watermelon surprisingly disappointed me. It wash mushy and not sweet, miso soup too salty. Tonkatsu ramen was really disappointing, too salty, not enough broth and
the noodles were gross. Also pls do something with the floor going to the bathroom. Very slippery and safety hazard

App lags when viewing anything on the menu. It’s unusable. Terrible. Can’t believe they haven’t fixed this yet
Wonderful Experience
So many delicious choices passing by. Select what you want, test new flavors. If you like it, there’s more just around the corner. Even a picky eater will find foods they like.
Not great
usually the food is fantastic, not sure if it was different chef but this time was really awful. Nothing tasted good. Did not like anything we ordered. very disappointing for the price we paid.

Can’t even use the app without it freezing on me, and no matter the wait, you can’t even do a thing but close out.

Tasty Food, Bumpy App
The food is great at this restaurant. The app is great but I’ve noticed a few bugs. Like every time I open the app my phone immediately decreases its brightness to 0. There’s also no way to track reservations in the app. You can make reservations in the app but there’s no way to go back in and check the time of it or cancel it from the app.
