Keely, manager at Kwikly is the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career life
The dental offices that post shifts on Kwikly are mostly corporate offices and the staff at most those offices are very bitter, unprofessional, unhelpful, and very very rude. You ask them one question about anything in the office and after you leave you shall expect a one-star review on your profile even if you’re an AMAZING DA and you did everything as expected and even more. Also, there’s an account manager that works at Kwikly, her name is Keely, she is absolutely the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career. She’s very very unhelpful and will never stand by your side as a contractor through Kwikly and will always stand by the offices side against you. She has no empathy whatsoever towards any horrible treatment you go through by staff at any dental offices you temp at. Absolutely HORRIFIC. I wish there would were people who work at Kwikly who are actually good people and have some empathy and are nice and professional.

Work with a temping agency who cares about your travel, pay and time. Kwikly doesn’t care about certain circumstances that is workers experience and different offices and Thats why I choose to not work with Kwikly anymore.
Can’t even get in
I put my phone number in, but NEVER get the activation code. I’ve deleted the app multiple times, no fix.
Confused about notifications
I get notifications for shifts then it says it’s already taken. Like seconds after clicking so I think there’s a glitch or something is wrong here.
Best temp service by far
Kwikly has always been able to fill my temp needs every single time and their app platform is awesome. I love being able to post a job myself and update the pay rate on the fly. No other temp agency comes close. Highly recommend!
Not paid for time worked
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. I worked two days before my onboarding process was stopped because of an issue with my work permit during the hiring process. I understand why the onboarding could not be completed, but I did perform work and expected to be paid for the time I worked.
It has now been four weeks, and I have not received payment or any meaningful communication from HR or management regarding the status of my wages. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, no one has provided a clear explanation or timeline.
If the company believes it cannot legally issue payment at this time, I would at least expect a written acknowledgment of the hours I worked, the wages owed, and the reason payment has been delayed. Instead, I have been left without answers.
I hope the company improves its communication with employees and handles wage-related matters more professionally. Every employee deserves timely communication and fair treatment regarding compensation for work performed.

Best App So Far
The app is very straight forward, best rates by far, best promotional offers, mileage compensation if having to travel a certain distance. The day’s hours are guaranteed, phone support is easily available. This company really values their dental hygienists. Hopefully, more local dental offices will join this platform in my area.

Temping made easy
I have loved using the Kiwkly app. There are a lot of positive features such as same day pay, support they provide and sending text messages about increased rates or last minute shifts that need covered.
No shifts
Unfortunately they don’t have any jobs in my state. Very frustrating as I wouldn’t have downloaded this app knowing this ahead of time.

This app has endless perks! Bonus when starting, W-2, has reimbursement, etc! And not to mention the staff is SO KIND and HELPFUL! I’ve had great response time when asking questions. Will highly recommend to any RDH OR DA any time!
Keeps offering shifts too far away even after setting mileage
There should be a setting to set your state hygiene license(s). If you are not licensed in a specific state the app should not be recommending shifts out of state.

Truly no better app to temp through. I used them in both Arizona and Minnesota as an RDH. The app is super easy to use, the customer support is amazing, and the money you can make is top tier!
I always recommend Kwikly to my RDH counterparts that are looking to temp full time or just pick up a few shifts here and there.

Bait and Seitch tactics
This company would heavily market in my area for $50 an hour minimum, which was a fantastic selling point to try this company. They have now let the dental offices choose the pay rate, so of course they are paying less now. This app was supposed to advocate for hygienists but I knew it was too good to be true
