The promo offers free fries spam etc NEVER EVER WORKS. Always says “already redeemed” or it just refuses to apply to order. I used to come all the time but the irritating app frustrates me so much I haven’t eaten here in months

UNIQUE AND DELICOUSSSS
Fell in love with Hawaiian food when we went on our trip and have been hooked on it since ! Love that the ice cream is lactose free never thought I would be enjoying ice cream without bloating 😭
Always good food/good service
The food is always fresh and service is always friendly. It’s a little further from the L&L that is closer to us but we drive here because the food is better and service is too. I wish all locations were as good as this one
App is Out of Touch
There’s no consistancy to this app. Still no option to add french fries. I can add extra sauce to a pork katsu but don’t have the option to add extra sauce for chicken katsu. It’s like they don’t want this app to work. Each franchise is different i get that but it’s super in consistent. Still rather call than use this app that only satisfies a mainland audience. Zippy’s got it together. Let’s go Eddie Flores.

Forced tip for pickup
Price of food is about 20% more when purchasing on app then calling in for pick up. Even worse when u go to pay for food and select pick up the app forces you to pay a 15% tip. App makes DoorDash look like a saint. The app should make the store more efficient and profitable. and the customer is being charged on top of the benefits to the store.

L&L please help! I can’t order. I live in Annandale, VA. The app used to work great. Now I cannot order online, use my Shaka Rewards or earn Shaka Rewards. No way to call/contact the company. The shop here doesn’t know what to do.
Friendly cashier
Miriam was very friendly and helpful when I was placing my order. She gave me suggestions. She had a friendly smile and great attitude. Made all the difference in the world to have someone like this at the front of the restaurant!
