Menu update needed
They dont have an opinion to ask for multiple modifications on a plate. An example would be: No skin, no cabbage, mac on the side.
There is also no option to add additional meat which i think would make the experience better for us bodybuilders who eat LNL.

Forced tip for pickup
Price of food is about 20% more when purchasing on app then calling in for pick up. Even worse when u go to pay for food and select pick up the app forces you to pay a 15% tip. App makes DoorDash look like a saint. The app should make the store more efficient and profitable. and the customer is being charged on top of the benefits to the store. It’s sick

We have been looking for authentic Hawaiian food ever since we visited Oahu 15 years ago. So much so that we went back two years later and loved it even more. We have been RV’ing for a few months now and just happened to stumble on L&L when looking for food on our way back to the RV park using Google Maps. The shop at North Charleston were amazing helpfully and we got some awesome awesome awesome plate lunches. Just exactly like we had on our Hawaiian vacation. Sooooooooooooo good. The Loco Moco is great and the Kahlua pork is just exactly like I remember it. So juicy and tender and tasty. Well done L&L! We will be stopping in again on our travels now that we know you exist on the mainland.

Zero Points and Order History Missing
I love the food at this place, but this app definitely needs improvement. I order food from this place at Northridge about 2-3x weekly in th past month and religiously scan my QR code. But my points still show zero and the order history is missing. Please fix the bugs on this app. Thank you.
