Terrible app, zero privacy, constant errors.
No Privacy
I downloaded the app because i needed it to go to a game several months ago. I've since deleted the app but will still see a notification from the app occasionally... the app i deleted... It was pretty dystopian at the dome also. All the shops automatically charge you by using their security cameras and "facial recognition technology." It's hard to say just how deep they data-mine, but if i'm still getting an occasional lockscreen pop up from it, despite the app being "uninstalled" from my phone, then they definitely grabbed some personal and private information they have no business looking at.
Update: July, 2026. I still receive a screen from this app from my lock screen despite having deleted it well over a year ago. I don't know why i get this still

Glitchy and hard to use
It glitches when you try to claim tickets. Downloading an app for tickets is ridiculous in the first place, but if you’re going to force people to do it. Make sure your app works well and smoothly.

Amazing time
Took my son for his first concert to see Forrest Frank and had a ball. The employees were so nice and helpful. One was so patient with me learning how to maneuver the app to get into the store and grab snacks. Although so forward thinking, it took me time to get. Once I was able to use the app, it was easy and painless. The lights on seats were helpful. The seats were so comfortable! I can see myself coming back to this venue.

Such a hassle to set up. Had to look up YouTube tutorial to make sure I was doing it right and to figure out to transfer tickets since everyone needs their own ticket, on their own phone. This app is SO LAME. Why do I need a separate app to enter venue and why does everyone need to have their own ticket on their own device!!?? All the stuff they want and tracking its users is crazy infringement of privacy. If I knew this was mandatory I honestly wouldn’t have purchased tickets for concert at this venue. Will definitely NOT be buying any tickets for events held in the intuit dome while this app is required.

This app blows chunks. i cant download my ticket or screenshot and it logged me out of my account as i was in line and wouldnt show my ticket for 15 minutes

Nightmare
This app is an absolute hassle to setup, it asks for any and all information, and everyone it claims everyone in your party needs to have it. The app exists to get as much information from as many people as possible to sell off. The tickets are even visible on ticketmaster but can't be scanned unless through this app. 0/5
