-5 stars as I have spent all day on the Internet trying to get my product registered and there is no live support person to call. Your robot just keeps putting me in a loop that gets me nowhere. I have a sump pump and I need the alert to work, and your instructions do not provide accurate information. It just makes your customer go round & round.

Text alert
Text don’t come through in a wet condition. The text chat thing for help is almost useless. Think we will get alert product elsewhere
Simple and effective
Easy setup and simple. No Flash and I’m fine with that! Does what it’s supposed to do.
App stopped working
Over the last month, the app no longer seems to work. It crashes when booted. Contacted tech support who says they are working on it, do not have a timeline when it will be fixed and provided no additional information
Not User-Friendly
Setup is tedious and frustrating.
