-5 stars as I have spent all day on the Internet trying to get my product registered and there is no live support person to call. Your robot just keeps putting me in a loop that gets me nowhere. I have a sump pump and I need the alert to work, and your instructions do not provide accurate information. It just makes your customer go round & round.

Text don’t come through in a wet condition. The text chat thing for help is almost useless. Think we will get alert product elsewhere
Simple and effective
Easy setup and simple. No Flash and I’m fine with that! Does what it’s supposed to do.
App stopped working
Over the last month, the app no longer seems to work. It crashes when booted. Contacted tech support who says they are working on it, do not have a timeline when it will be fixed and provided no additional information

Reliable for years
I’ve used this temperature probe for 5+ years and it hasn’t failed me yet. In the summer I have it in the pool, but most importantly it’s in the hot tub during winter. If you have an older hot tub that won’t warn you if the heater breaks, then this is a fantastic product for peace of mind.
PLEASE FIX THIS APP
In "Table" mode, the results for selecting "All" show the last readings as 12/31/24, and they appear to be for 12/31/23; even though the data for 12/31/23 is already there. I spent a lot of money on 6 of these sensors.

Used to work great. Now not so much
I bought this to alert me if my upright freezer ever reached a temp above 25F, because my stupid kids have a tendency to not shut the door all the way. This Wi-Fi unit worked great at first but lately it has not been alerting me. I just went down to grab a pizza and the door was open about a half inch and the sensor said it was 71F!! No alert!! I know my son was in there last night getting ice cream so that means it’s been like that for over 24 hrs and I’ll most likely have to have a massive cook off now. Going to look for a more reliable Wi-Fi thermometer too. Very frustrating.

We need an update
Every time I go to change anything it says it’s not connected to the Internet, but it definitely is. It shows the current temperature and humidity but for some reason says it’s not connected. This app could be great with just a couple of minor adjustments. Please update the firmware.
Unable to download the app on iPhone
App won’t download. To see current data you have to search for app and open it
Outdated
App looks like it was created in the 1980s. Very basic does not work with Alexa of IFTTT. Same your money and buy something that is more compatible with current technology.
Frustrated
Why can’t I get an instant read? Why won’t the app update readings while it is open? Disappointing results, you’d think I could just get a temp instantly….

Tried calling several numbers cant get any help all i get is trying to sell me medical necklace. I don’t want that my system is not working have questions how to fix it. I have the water alert model 92135.
Want the old app back
Terrible update. Also why aren’t my reviews being posted. This “update” is far from an improvement. Display of temp and humidity was way better with the old app.
Sump pump water level sensor
This would be a great unit if it would only automatically reconnect to the internet when there is a power outage or if for some reason the internet gets turned off. Every time the unit gets disconnected from the internet, I have to manually log it back on. That really defeats the purpose of this unit because most of the time that there is a potential high level of the sump pump is because of a storm which may lead to a power outage.

Defective gateway
Tried many times to register wireless gateway with this app but it wouldn’t register. Only kept giving me 4 red flashes instead of a solid red light no matter how often I pressed the button. Even tried factory reset a few times. Checked support and troubleshooting on website and basically tells you to keep factory resetting. Didn’t bother exchanging instead got refund.

Helpful app
I like this interface for the app, the information is easy to understand and flows well. The gateway was a little hard to set up but it only took a couple minutes, the sensors added easily. Everything works as it should. I wish there was an option other than buying a subscription to their notification service.

STILL Works poorly
Last week app decided I need to log in every time I want to use the weather station I never had to do that before. This makes app a pia! And almost unusable. How can I go back in versions? Followed directions still doesn’t work! If anything it’s worse.
Still doesn’t work! Iam using a ipad4mini and a iPhone 13mini both on ios15.3 and it logs off 70 percent of the time you close app. App used to work before latest revisions! Come on, let’s fix this already or I will have to switch to another brand!
