La fitness is horrible
This is a corporate organization that does not care about its members, you are scum to them. They moved to Chicago bought every xsport and then closed every single 24 hour location, so if you work second or third shift too bad, wanna work out late on a weekend, too bad. Why would you do this to so many of your members? Greed. This is not a good company.

Excellent facility but need constant maintenance and better cleaning supervision specifically Showers /Bathrooms / pool and Jacuzzi to much chlorine that could blind us - please add either shower doors or some drips for some privacy this is unacceptable also water pressures and temperature its not correctly regulated

Account always says cancelled
Title. They tried “resetting it” still doesn’t work, they basically bug me every time I try to use the gym.
Missing digital Workbook access
App is generally useful. But even the latest version does not give me access to the digital workbook that my PT asked me to use. The printed workbooks are no longer being printed and stock is running out. Please upgrade the client app!
Poor Layout
We should be able to customize our opening screen. As for me, I just want my preferred club and classes only. Not having to click around or have to access the menu.

Unable to delete
I signed up for LA fitness through my active and fit program. I since cancelled my membership because my location no longer maintains the partnership. Naturally I’d want to delete my account. But the app does not allow me to delete any of my information. When I searched online, many users said the same thing ..why is there no option to delete my account if I no longer have the membership.im not comfortable with a company maintaining my personal information without the option to delete.

So much disappointment
This place can’t even get their app right.
The Worst
Clubs are dirty and staff is unfriendly, unwilling to help members. When I contact customer service about freezing my account, they direct me to a club or to use the option in the app, WHICH THERE IS NONE. I’ve been a member since 2001 and the LA Fitness staff and facilities have just gotten worst. The app sucks! They suck! Don’t walk away, RUN!!!

Need push alerts for facility closures
Great gym facilities, but the app is in desperate need of a push notification feature for facility closures. I have frequently driven to my local club only to find the pool closed for maintenance upon arrival. A simple alert before I leave the house would save members a lot of wasted time and frustration. Please prioritize adding this!

Forced use / doesn’t work
They try to force you to use this all the time. Won’t give you a keychain barcode. Then you can’t sign in to check anything online without the keychain barcode if you do try. Can’t even use the app.
Why have an app if it doesn’t work
I was not able to create my account successfully due to this antiquated app. Left the app while creating my account to use my password manager just for the app to close my session and tell me the account already exists. I was not even able to set a password or even reset it because the account is now locked. Worst app I’ve used in my life. Do better La Fitness or you’re going to lose my business

Trash! Especially if you have a Pilates membership!
This app is trash! I have a Pilates membership which requires you to book classes through this app. Unfortunately the app doesn’t tell you how many spaces are available and if the class is already full. It allows you to book fFULL classes, tells you you’re confirmed then cancels your booking without notification that day. On 3 occasions I’ve booked classes and shown up only to be told the class was full and I’m on the waitlist. Ridiculous waste of my time! You need to fix this ASAP!

Doesn’t do its 1 purpose well
The only point of this app is to show the membership card but some fool decided to not make that the first thing that shows on the app. Simplify the experience or let people use Apple wallet. There is no excuse for a lazy app when we have AI
Terrible App
The App has many UI issue and several functions don’t work properly. Over buggy, unreliable, and needs a lot of improvement.
Can’t see class or pool schedule.
The class schedule view is poorly designed. On iPhone, part of the schedule is obscured, making it impossible to see a full day’s classes without excessive scrolling. Please add a full-week calendar view and improve visibility of class times. Great gym, frustrating app.
Super unreliable
My fitness club was closed down and I have found a new one. I changed the location but it still pulls up my old club and all of its defunct info. This means I cannot access the club page I want without searching for it each time, and I do not have all the features I would if my club would just update! I want to use the app to the fullest! Even after deleting, redownloading, and logging back in it won’t fix itself. C’mon developers.
