Terrible app
So many bugs and can take you 10 min to place an order and might as well wait in line cause it takes longer than the app says. Do better app techs!
App is a nightmare
There is no reason why I need to login every time to place an order. I should be able to check out as a guest with a simple verification sent to my cell phone. The app is ridiculous. Many times we have canceled or hundreds of dollars in orders from our office because app is impossible at checkout.

Bugs need to be fix to make online order
Guys please fix the bugs, when you try to order between expresso matcha… it get stuck I have delete the app and download it again and try for a few days and we have the same issue

I experienced really bad customer service yesterday so giving it another try today. Fingers crossed it’s better or I won’t be returning
Store rocks, app not so much
Five stars for the store itself, only two or three stars for the app. Very slow to load anything, and it often gets stuck on the spinning progress wheel. Love the coffee so it’s worth dealing with it, but can be annoying sometimes.

Order function failure
Have tried to order but can't get past the spinning wheel in the map page. Cant enter address either. Huge fail and not impressed! Can't order so will stick with local coffee shops! For a national chain - this all could be way better!

Never get texts. This is an awful requirement for checkout. Reevaluate your flow.
Horrendous app
One of the worst apps for ordering ahead ever! Which is unfortunate because I LOVE la la land and would go all the time if the app wasn’t so glitchy and constantly freezing, deleting your cart, etc. PLEASE FIX IT!
