Poor withdrawal process

What is the point of having an “emergency savings” when someone can’t access their own money in an emergency?! You will request a withdrawal and they will take ages! Sometimes even more than 12 hours before they pay you. How can I have money but I cannot access MY OWN MONEY?!

To reduce the hassle of password and make login easy, could an update include biometrics for log in
The process of funding is cumbersome. It will be easier if one could link up debit card or banks to enable transfer.
And the charges per transaction is high…

FAILED WITHDRAWAL

its been 2 to 3 days since i initiated a withdrawal and your company said it has been processed successfully but till today i have not seen anything in my account yet una don use my money abi wetin? please refund my money to my account or to the app please haba na you know how hard it is to make money in this country? i have messaged support no body us replying messaged on i twitter still nobody is responding sent emails still nothing i need my money back please is this a family business? please refund my money and work on your customer care does that mean if any issues arise that is the end of the case? ive been living lowkey because of what you guys did to me abeg refund my money so i can know what to do
