For what I’ve been hearing about life, insurance companies and policies, I was a little bit uneasy when I saw this particular one.
But to my surprise, it was great. I got to pick something that works great for me and the monthly payments are perfect. I answered all the questions and a week later I was approved and everything was and is still going good. I have recommended this one to other people and I will recommend continuously

This was a simple process. At first I struggled to complete everything online, I called a representative and she guided me through every step until I was completely done. Staff has patients with everyone and are willing to answer any questions and help anyone with the process. Get life insurance and make sure your loved ones are taken care of the day you leave this earth. This is by far the best life insurance company out there, simple process and can be finished pretty quickly.

Waste of time
Their underwriter asked me all kinds of questions for the Bells Palsy I got from Pfizer COVID vaccine, I immediately responded to their questions with all honesty and to their satisfaction. They still declined my application. What a waste of time!!
Avoid this company
IF you have even 1 tiny thing on your medical records that even Doctors say is normal and no big deal (doesn’t require treatment or medication) they will deny you. What a joke of a company and a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. Btw, checked with other insurance co. And not only did they approve me they actually communicated with me within 2 weeks of underwriting. Took 2 months with ladder.

Not user friendly app
Not so user friendly app as I am trying to view my policy documents it’s very hard to retrieve. Not recommended at all

Easily the best app for life insurance I’ve come across. I wasn’t that familiar with the process before getting started and I love that they have so many resources available on here. It’s not just an application, it also a learning tool which I really needed!! The application itself was easy too.

Easiest insurance platform on the market
Applying for insurance is such a pain in the neck, with Ladder I was able to apply and get an offer in Legit 7 minutes. It’s like the Lemonade of Life Insurance! Definitely recommend for anyone ages 29-45 who needs insurance!

Can't proceed past DOB. If they can't get a button right, I have doubts about their ability to provide a solid insurance product
