New app sucks
My balance is constantly wrong, it takes fooooorever to load, no widget option available for IPhones.
Old App was much better
I do a fair amount of mobile check deposits. My wife and I are constantly putting deposits in the wrong account, we each have savings accounts tied to the checking account. I’ll check to see the balance and transfer the money. A few times it has caused the checking account to be in the negative. That never happened with the old app.

BRING BACK QUICK BALANCE
The main thing I used with the other app to make sure I had enough for a purchase without going to the app it’s not like the quick balance is not secure … why on earth would you remove key features. 😞
Terrible app
Why did you guys change apps? The old one worked a lot better. It’s slower, glitches a lot more often and worst of all WHY IS IT BRINGING ME TO MY GOOGLE CHROME APP WHEN IM TRYING TO VIEW MY CREDIT CARD BALANCES!! It should all be handled inside the app, not in an external chrome browser that the app force opens. I’m STILL getting delays when moving money and paying bills. The last app moved everything instantly. This app makes me not want to bank with you guys

Old app worked much better
I just tried the deposit check function and it doesn’t work. I guess back to driving to a branch to deposit a check.

Missing widgets, crashes
4/29/26: still having issues seemly every other day where I can’t access the app or website to view my account. For years I’ve had no issues whatsoever but the recent changes have been very rough
I was really missing the widgets but waiting hoping they would add them soon but now all week I’ve had issues opening the app.

No landscape option
Not being able to use this app in landscape makes it completely unusable on my iPad. Horrible design and not good features.
Can’t deposit checks
I have my phone set to full screen but it freezes and says to enable full screen mode and won’t do anything beyond that

it's fine enough. missing apple watch access (or i can't find it). super convenient to access balances before transactions and when waiting on deposits. maybe something to solve?
Please add widget
New app is nice and all but it’s missing what I felt was a core feature: widgets. I used the widget to keep track of my balances, now it’s a few more steps just to view it. I will gladly update my review if they ever add the feature back.
Quick balance?
Where did the quick balance go? It’s unacceptable to me that they forced this release without the features from the last version of the app I’ve been relying on.
No app notifications
Was really hoping the new app would use simple app notifications to notify for transactions but you can still only do text or email.
App crashes constantly
App crashes every time I try to deposit a check which is the only reason I downloaded it at all.

Okay first off where was this email or even notification on the app about this new app launching? Or a reminder to make sure you made the switch?? Also… I read other reviews that you needed to log in by a certain time or you have to MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT?? Is this not 2026?? Who implemented this and thought it was a good idea? Poorly planned project. Poorly implemented and should’ve gotten better feedback from users because this is not it… I don’t know if I even still have PAPER bank statements to look up my account number to make a new account for this dumb new app. Like you couldn’t have just updated what you had with a new phase? Does no one care about good projects anymore? It honestly just makes me want to close my accounts and find an entirely new credit union. This should not be more work to switch to a newly launched app… it’s 2026 and technology should not be this basic of a change where I have to start all over. HIGHLY disappointed.

Day 3 without quick balance widget for iOS…deal breaker
Seriously considering moving to Vibe Credit Union just because of this app change.
Why
My car was about to be paid off in 6 months and now I have to set up a new app. It won’t even let me log in. I used the password I always use and it wasn’t working so I went to reset it and it told me that I couldn’t do that at this time and to call. COOL THANKS.

If this is your first time logging in to the new Online & Mobile Banking experience, you’ll be asked to enroll as a new user. Follow the prompts to create a new username and password. Locked me out
Use this account to pay bills and now I’m locked out without a way to see balance or access my money. Will be closing my account as soon as I have access again.
Bring back the widget!
Being able to quick view balances is CRUCIAL to banking apps. I have no idea why they are not making sure to add them. Overall - the app isn’t much different from the previous and at least I had the widget before
