Ok but needs improvement
The filtering tools are slow and often don’t filter correctly and the app never leaves me signed in despite me always opting to keep signed in. I’ll stay signed in for an hour or so then when I return later In already signed out again
Navigation
App is difficult at times to navigate. Needs some explanations on how to put items in tge Shopping List, etc.

Could Be Better
The app is okay but could better, as sometimes logs me out immediately upon logging in. And for some reason I haven’t received my “100 points for Each Item purchased from your lists” points after making a purchase from my list; and I’ve purchased at least four things from my list. I also had to go to the store to link my store account to the app account in order for points to combine.

I was recommended Lakeshore Learning by a friend and then I realized how many of my son’s amazing daycare toys were from here and had to give it a go. The store was so fun and had a huge variety of product. Then, I downloaded the app and realized how great the rewards are! Every time I order something, I have Lakeshore Bucks to use. The app is also totally user friendly.

Loving the App
I have used Lakeshore for years and never knew they had an app. I am so glad that I have the app now. It’s very convenient and there is a ship to home and pick up option. The app is very easy to use. I highly recommend using the Lakeshore app. You can keep track of your points and rewards. As an Educator, I am very satisfied with this app.

Sign-In Issue
I tried making a shopping list for the new school year. The app requires you to be signed in to make a shopping list, however, when I tried to sign in, it logs me out seconds later.
Doesn’t keep me signed in
Every time I want to check my points or my reward options it NEVER keeeps me in. I always have to sign back in and sometimes THAT even doesn’t work. I’m trying to add stuff to my list as well but it won’t even let me edit or add to my list. This app needs an update and STAT!!

We used to live in San Antonio where I really enjoyed shopping in person at Lakeshore. We don’t have a store near us now, so I’m very happy to have the ability to order through the app!
