DANNI DID EVERYTHING TO GET ME FIRED

I asked for help I reached out to leads my app never worked and the company never sent jobs they pick and choose based off of her racism. I’m a young Hispanic smh black female. The minute she met me she judged me . Before I met her she was helpful and responsive. After I met her I never heard from her unless she needed something. YES I’M YOUNG BUT HAVE A VERY GREAT TEAM I’VE HAD A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS JUST BE CAREFUL WHO YOU WORK WITH IN THIS COMPANY. if they send you to her request a different lead. She will let you fail.

UNPROFESSIONAL

Been working with them for about 2 WEEKS AND NO ONE RESPONDS I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ME STARTED KIT I’VE SPENT OUT OF POCKET MONEY THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE ANY JOBS NO TRAINING LACK OF COMMUNICATION IT’S RIDICULOUS

Depressing and Stressful

I worked with Landing for four years on and off again I brought in over $60,000 with the company and did over 1,000 jobs….they do not train you at all…some of the Area Managers are not professional…great for contractors but frustrating and confusing…the lack of communication is terrible…the treat like an employee even though you are a 1099….as a contractor you bare to much responsibility…the members can be a serious hassle….too much complaining from everybody…pay in some cities are better than others…way too many women….too much of friendliness between host and area managers…way too much drama for a company that makes money from mainly contractors and of course no benefit…most of the pay does not cover gas…promo does not happen all the time…when they do let you go from the company the act like they just never knew you… makes tons of changes and the host are never filled in…lack of communication is a major problem with this company do not just work for this company if you are a contractor please keep something else as a backup…they do still pay you after you have left and you do always get paid on time and they do always try to respond quickly…so when it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s horrible and I cannot stress this enough

TERRIBLE Pay and Host Service

I do not recommend working for this app. Waste of time and customer service doesn’t answer for hours and sometimes days! They’ve ignored my message multiple times for days and I have to message them over and over. So unprofessional!

Just another company that takes advantage

The cleaning work takes awhile, and the pay is way too low considering. I use my own supplies and am not reimbursed for gas, and I’m driving 30 minutes to most of the jobs. (I live in the center so I’m not out of the way) Considering what they charge the tenant, they can pay the cleaner more. Support is slow and unhelpful most of the time.
Waste of time

I love the idea

Good business idea. Terribly executed. As a cleaner, I’ve had 3 experiences with this company and each time never fails to be bad. Not enough money for the trouble. Bummed because like I said, I do think this is a great business idea.

Don’t do it

Jobs are very limited. They change things up every couple months. New area managers take host jobs now and get zero pay for them while they are salary. Everyone else who is 1099 picks up scrap jobs that aren’t paying enough. You need your own car and pay your own gas an mileage and supplies. Jobs cancel last minute all the time. Ratings dominate wether they treat you like a person or like a nuisance. Jobs aren’t worth the pay anymore. Zero trainings and support. Toxic work environment with people who try to do the right thing getting ignored. Yea many people have gotten fired recently but still problems remain. Members want free stuff and are very dirty there isn’t a way to rate them back. Very inconvenient. Company is still very unorganized. Sorry

Get in and get out

I worked as a painter for landing in 2020 and made decent money for a couple months. However you had to deal with lack of communication between landing and the apartment complex. Painting was booked at apartments that didn’t allow painting and you’d only find out until you drove a half hour there. Originally you’d be compensated regardless but pretty quickly they put an end to that, meaning you were out of pocket for gas and time. I quit working on landing because the work dried up in my area. For a couple weeks I couldn’t get find a job so I deleted the app. Had some free time recently so I redownloaded the app. Couldn’t sign in because they banned me for inactivity??? There’s better gig apps but if u decide you still want to give it a shot, get in and get out. This isn’t reliable work and they don’t care about you.

Horrible Company

These people do not respect their workers and they are very disorganized.

Disrespectful managers

I was accused of breaking and entering a home by a Austin general manager, she was very rude and disrespectful and even used racial slurs, she said she would get me fired and they kept thier promised, the host education team doesn’t care about you at all, and they’re mostly women and very rude people, I’d be weary of this job, it’s independent but meeting others, you see that this company is not a good one at all!

Unorganized and Breaking their own rules

They make changes they don’t tell you or (train you) about and then remove you for for not knowing and doing what you’ve always done. 2 years working with this company my routine never changed but they did so BEWARE.

Danielle’s Cleaning Services

This job was great no hassle everything went smooth

Landing host

Been here for over a year, real family oriented had to bring my child on some of my jobs. Real understanding pays very well. Found this app to a friend of a friend of a friend and it worked out for me and my family. they work with your hours and you make your own time.

Best job ever!

I love landing I’m new to the job but boy it’s the best , hq always there to help. Virtual boss so you can work independently uninterrupted

First day hard work

Everything is so hard to do , except for the cleaning part, I started at 11 am and is 8:30 now and I just dropped the dirty laundry

Verify identity

The Landing states you cannot start receiving jobs until you verify your identity. But in order to do so I need to be able to upload my Driver lic The app will not allow me to go so. When inquiring for help the customer service rep refers me up the same steps to verify and upload that are NOT WORKING. Seems there is no way to complete verification of age and identity.

First Job

This job should not be this difficult. But there is no clear instructions or directions from the beginning. I had no code going to the storage area. I was never told where the lights were which should be given for safety. I was at the storage over a hour and a half waiting on a chat response. Then I was still given the wrong info. The girl said oh just take the stuff with you if it's wrong just bring it back. Gas is over $4 and the apartment is almost a hour away so why not just give clear instructions from the beginning. Then I get to the apartment and once again I was confused as to where to go, & where to park. I messaged the chat again and all I got was did you read the instructions. Yes I did but obviously since this is my first job I need help navigating since this is a nice size property. It's now 6:41 pm I did all this to drop off a duvet cover that wasn't even needed so my time was spent waiting on a response from the chat and walking around.

I’m enjoying it!!

I like working for Landing. I’ve been cleaning for a while so the work is easy and straightforward imo. The company and app are not without faults but HQ works with you to resolve any issues. I feel they pay well. Smaller, less complicated jobs pay less of course. But I’ve made good money working less than part time. I really don’t have any issues with Landing

Growing company

I love this company. The market is slow in some locations and booming in the big cities. All of my contacts from HQ durning active jobs were very professional and made you feel appreciated for the work you were doing.

False advertising of jobs

I had applied here seeing they posted a job opening with $900/week, seemed decent for the job and with my cleaning experience I applied and got in. Only to find each job only pays $30-$50 for the whole job. Meaning I’d have to do 22-24 jobs a week, and work over 60 hours a week. Ridiculous. The thing is, these jobs are rarely posted, 75% of the time I check for jobs there aren’t any, and when they are available it’s not even worth the money, or taken quickly by someone else. Waste of time to apply and go through the whole process of watching training videos, and on top of that it took them two weeks to approve me. Unless you want a quick $30-$40 here and there that you can’t cash out until the end of the week, don’t fall for this. They really need to update their job advertisements, if they want people who will actually take the jobs to work for them.
