The convenience of this banking app makes my life so much easier. Depositing checks without a run to the bank building is a plus. Plus it’s simple to transfer money .
Can’t see my transactions
I can’t see my transactions. This has been an ongoing problem for 2 weeks now. Whenever I try to reach out by virtual chat the app crashes so I can’t even do anything about the problem.

I can always depend on my credit union for my needs!
Credit Limit
I had a $14,000 credit limit with my balance near that. I’ve paid off all but $2,200 of it this past week. Landmark now has credit limit to about $5-6,000.
Major Improvements!
I used to have a lot of issues with this app. But they have updated a lot, and it has gotten better and better every year! Very easy and works well! Thank you.

This App is unreliable
This App is unreliable. Been down all day so far. No message indicating it is down. On hold with bank for way too long only for them to tell me they can’t help me unless I can tell the information about transactions that I can’t remember and I can’t verify because their platform is down. This is after giving SSN, DOB, phone, and Two factor Authentication, Ugh!!! So frustrating!
This bank has really gone downhill. They need new Tech Leadership. They also need to do a better job protecting our personal data. Mine was just released in a breach with one of their vendors and I didn’t find out about it until 5 months after the breach occurred.

Makes Banking Easy

I am constantly being signed out of the app. The remember me feature is useless
And then every time I try to sign back in, I get an authentication error
