Crashes since this week
Can’t log in through log in or face in. If I do happen to get in, I get error screens.
Normally I like the app. I do wish the way to send a message to my own advocate was in the pinned menu instead of the hamburger menu instead of it being a way to message random advocates two different ways from the main screen. Or at least that the way to email directly my advocate was actually on the screen to message my advocate

Ive deleted and relogged in. -App freezes when logging in either manually or using face id. Doesnt matter.
-App crashes randomly when loading a screen.

Lantern is a life saver
App is great, and more importantly, this company is having a huge impact on reducing healthcare costs
Frustrated
I wasted months trying to schedule a surgery. Slow but promised a reduced price. I was close to getting a surgery scheduled when their doctor denied their price. Now they want me to start all over for an out of state doctor that they hope will accept their price. What a waste of time!
Dissapointed
Dissapointed, upset, and already discouraged. Came to a first world country and health services are terrible!! Tired and exhausted of communicating back and forth with primary doctor, Lantern agent, and specialist!! I felt hope and thought I was going to receive help, after always waiting for long periods to see an specialist and argue to get a procedure done. I am still stuck with my health symptoms and still have not even received an appointment to see an specialist. Nobody cares another mediocre service
