New vs. Old
It took a little while to get use to this app but overall I prefer the old better. Sometimes change takes getting adjusted to.

Hate this app
The old app was much better. Can't navigate bill pay stuff, whether history or updates. It's terrible.
It’s worse
The app and website are worse. It takes longer to get to where you want to go. You have click several additional tabs to go were you want or see information. It was simple and better before. The person who changed them should be fired.
App Sucks
The app makes me want to close my whole account. It will randomly hang up and you can’t Zelle or do transactions unless it sends you a verification text. Guess what. Go ahead and request the code. It won’t work and gives a random error. Might honestly close it.

From using their ATM, to their customer service all around an amazing banking service.
Love it… but
I love it but I have one suggestion… the account panels are cool, however please consider adding (in a smaller font) in the lower right corners for example, for credit cards, any current payments made with the date. Or for the checking account, it’s fine to see the current balance in real time, but having a “pending balance” or “pending deductions” would be great. That way clients can tell, at a quick glance what they’re looking at instead of opening each individual account… I hope this makes sense. Love ya’all

Slow transitions
Takes a beat to open and transition between frames. Not able to request a new debit card thru the app, like in most bank apps

This app is great. You can do all your banking and it’s very organized and easy to use. Plus it has atm locations and basically any info related to your accounts you could possibly want.
Pretty good for a federal credit union
Online banking is just as easy as another other major financial institution banking app. UI could use a more modern touch.

This app redo is the best ever, it overs so many tools to. manage all your various accounts at anytime of day or night and not have to wait to speak to a live person unless you desire to do so. If you need to speak with someone in my experience of over 40yrs with them, customer service has always been outstanding!knowledge, courtesy,communication and sublime customer service is the rule with LAPFCU not the exception!

LAPFCU Mobile Banking
The App is Great. I am able to do all my banking on it. I like how easy it is. The only thing I can’t get from the App is cash (lol).
