I hope that LaRosa’s is still thriving. I noticed that the pricing is reduced, which is great but I hope it wasn’t done because their business is hurting. There is literally nothing like LaRosa’s. Food is fine, their tech sucks
I have attempted to change the password on my account numerous times, deleted old account info in my phone, followed their links, made VERY easy passwords just to access the account and then change the password again. It doesn’t work. I have been locked out of my account for years. It’s one of the reasons I hate ordering LaRosa’s, but my kid comes home from school and misses it. I think it’s unnecessarily frustrating

App Doesn’t Work Correctly If At All
They allowed my order to go through even though they weren’t open!!!!!!
They’ll happily take your money but not prevent their app from processing orders they won’t make.
I rarely order from this place b/c I’m not a fan of pizza crust made of cardboard. Now there’s one more reason to avoid this place.

Great App
The update took suggestions from consumers to make the app a breeze to use! I have a lot of food apps and this is the quickest to use. Applying the Buddy Card to purchases used to be cumbersome but it’s been streamlined and is so easy to use.
Much Appreciation
You all take care of my Finneytown HS baseball team and it doesn’t stop there, LaRosa’s has been a part of our family going back to my mother at West Hi in the 60’s then through my childhood. Many thanks this Holdiday Season Buddy and the LaRosa’s Family!

The fact I can’t even open the app tells me this places is getting worse. Which is usually a management problem. The tell is when you look at how miserable the staff looks.
