‘Add a drink’ button

I drink a lot of smoothies and I always put it under ‘Juice’ but it’s technically not juice. I think you should add an option for ‘other’ or ‘Smoothie’. Otherwise I love the app and it is very user friendly.

Good app

Good app but m bottle doesn’t always connect to it to actually show how much I’ve drank in a day. Wish there was a widget as well.

False Marketing

Where are the notifications to my phone? I bought this because it said it would send notifications to my phone to drink water, it does no such thing. However it doesn’t seem to have an issue to send me a push notification to order a new filter. Odd.

Reminders for drinking water

PLEASE add app reminders for water. Not a flashing bottle that does nothing when I’m not near it. I need notifications on the app to keep track and be reminded. I’ve seen posts on multiple socials sites about this.

Annoying notification

Every time I force quit the app, I get a notification that says the app needs to be in the background. It’s really annoying, other water tracking apps don’t need to be running in the background. Other than that it’s pretty good and works like it should

So disappointed

I had a great experience with my first Larq. I then lost that Larq after having a 124 day streak. It was strangely satisfying and motivating to see how long I could keep the streak going.
I bought another one (unfortunately it was a long wait) and then the 2nd Larq has been nothing but a disappointment.
Often the amount I drink doesn’t show up and my streak is either 6, 7 or 8 days. I did all of the self help features and keep reaching out. It has been over 2 weeks and I get emails saying they are working on it! Really? I think they should send me a new one.

Hydration Tracking Doesn’t Work

Do not buy this water bottle if you want for anything other than the filtering ability. The hydration tracking will never accurately work. They haven’t figured that out yet, but they’ve pushed it to the market. I’ve bought two of these bottles and have had 4 different lids. Only one was able to track accurately, but the lids closing mechanism is so flimsy that eventually it broke and I was right back to no tracking capabilities

Needs More

Needs a app for Apple Watch or custom watch face that’s shows water consumption. Also needs a Widget for iOS for quick water checks without opening app

Please make a widget!

I’ve absolutely been loving my water bottle and being able to track my intake in the app. I would absolutely love if the app could have a widget so I can see on my Home Screen where I’m at for the day

App freezes

Brand new and installed the app, but it hangs and freezes. I won't be using the app. Hopefully the water bottle is better quality then the app.

3 Years later, still no widgets..

The main reason I got this bottle was for live widgets on how much I am drinking, without opening an app… 3 years after promising this Larq has done nothing. They’ve used the money and time for celebrity endorsed ads, target collabs, and very bad ai video ads. The app still does not have widgets (which are very easy to implement). They also have not added a form of dark mode, so you have to open their blindingly bright app multiple times a day to track your water.. For this reason my bottle is dead and used as a non smart bottle most of the time. The company cares more about a quick profit than making a proper product and fulfilling their kickstarter promises.

Doesn’t accurately track water

I bought this bottle because it was one of the best at tracking water. Well, it certainly doesn’t track accurately. I have the app open and the bottle next to my phone. I’ll drink from my bottle and nothing happens. I’ll take another sip and nothing. The bottle lights up but still nothing. I’ll take another sip and then it registers that I drank less than an ounce of water. That’s certainly not accurate. For the price of this bottle, I expect a little bit more.

No Apple Watch App

I chose to purchase a Larq bottle to replace an App I have been using… But it is missing the Apple Watch companion.
Would be nice to have.

Dark mode

The white interface is blinding

Room to improve

The bottle is good, but I’m not sure how well or accurate the tracking is working. I feel it’s underestimating for me or missing readings. I also think the app could be better. My battery died on my bottle and I never got any notification it was even low. When I replace the filter it’s not resetting in the app either

App deficient or with bugs

The bottle is amazing to help me reminding me to drink water by glowing and filtering. On the other hand, the Larq app doesn’t track accurately water intake. It consistently goes offline and does not link with the bottle easily as it should, therefore, it doesn’t reflect in the app my water intake the pulir the day so I end up entering manually the quantity of water consumed.App needs fixes and updates.

Need a widget!

Just got my PurVis 2 water bottle delivered and am loving it. The hydration tracking seems to be working great and the taste of the water is great (yes, water has taste, don’t @ me). The app is great but I wish it had more options for adding other drinks to your total, like energy drinks, or alcohol. I also really want the app to have a widget so I can quickly glance at my total water consumption, last time I drank, or last time the water was filtered, without opening the app completely. Please add a widget!!!!

Bugged app

It is so bugged as you can imagine. When you enter the volume many times it does not close so you add it again and again and when you close it or restart the app the enters are there all! Also sometimes it freezes on start and you can not open the app. Horrible!

Great for tracking intake

Great for tracking intake and checking battery status. Needs more drink options or the option to create your own.

App has bugs

After the latest update my bottle isn’t tracking my water intake properly. They don’t maintain or update this app like they should for a $129 water bottle.
