I am filled with so much hatred for this stupid app
I cannot fathom why any company would pay money to use this service. I download the app. It works. Next day, I open it and everything is different, like an update has been installed. However, it doesn’t allow me to download anything, open anything, or use any of my work in a meaningful way. But oh boy! I can sign in! Yippee! I come back to it the next day without having touched it since then. It works and looks how it did prior! This makes absolutely no sense. I try to submit the forms that I was using. They are now lost somewhere in space because the app crashed. I was then instructed to delete it and redownload to fix all these problems. Guess what? Nothing is fixed and it looks like the unusable “updated” version. So awesome. I love being forced to use an app and have it be so dysfunctional that I waste an unbelievable amount of my work day trying to fix it. I cannot believe this is a service people pay for.

Unable to use since update. No response from from Laserfiche with repeated calls. Unacceptable
Terrible Login Experience
The login experience is clunky and not very clean as far as mobile apps go. Login with FaceID works the first time you set it up then I keep getting errors after that saying that I changed my login information.

Issues with login
The app has issues if your organization syncs your Laserfiche log in credentials to your Microsoft log in credentials. The “remember me” function doesn’t work, causing you to have to input your username and password every single time you open the app.

Really bad
Crashes repeatedly, not user friendly, tedious, not ready for consumer’s use.

Newest version not working
After latest update program tries to start but closes down right away. Was fine prior to this update.

Needs Improvement
The latest version that adds iOS 7 updates needs updates itself. Icons are not showing up correctly and there are general layout and graphic items that need to be fixed.
But the real issue is the overall look and feel does not feel like Laserfiche at all. The look needs to be streamlined and should follow a nice clean look like the web version does.

Metadata is unreadable
The app works well in general, but if your metadata has more than a few words or has a relatively lengthy field length, you can't read the values. Thus, I unfortunately have to use web access, not this app. Metadata needs to wrap/grow to accommodate users using metadata for workflow.

This is a great app! Definitely extends the use of our Rio system outside of the office.

Downloaded this app only to discover that my company has to spend $10,000 to get it to work. So it was not useful to me. All my stuff is still trapped in the laserfiche system.
