Scale is completely wrong
The scale is not even close. I the pool fills the screen no matter where I point it. It can show the same pool the size of our whole back yard or as small as a small couch. It just doesn’t work.
Helps your imagination
It does what it is supposed to. My husband and I were able to picture different options and actually helped us see that a couple of options were not a good match.
People complaining about the app are probably not good with technology. I was able to place the pool and rotate to exactly where we plan to put it. We could see it from far away or walk into it to imagine how it would be used realistically.
The only complaint is the about the colors. They water doesn’t seem like a good example of the true color it would be with the different selections. I just suggest not picking based on the app alone but pictures and seeing the color in person.

Doesn’t Work
Tried to place a pool using the Visualizer and it dropped into the view HUGE and the two finger pinch to scale did it work. Disappointed.

Crashes and flickers everytime you open the True Scale visualizer to add your backyard photo.

No camera access?
When I choose a pool model, it only shows a blank screen as if the app doesn't have access to the camera. It also doesn't show up in Settings App list so that I could allow the camera access.
Useless
The AR pool was bigger then my house. Cannot resize the pool image, so cannot visualize pool in my yard. If this company can’t get this simple technology right, I’m not giving them my money.

The yard Visualizer function does not work. All I get is a black screen.

Total waste. Resizing doesn’t work. Image of pool appears like an above ground pool. Blah.
Not worth the effort
Terrible. First they don’t have all the models their brochure shows. Naturally the model we were interested in (Delray) was not listed.
I put a similar one just to try it and the “pinch” mode to scale it did not work on my iPhone 12. So you end up with a gigantic view of the pool which is useless.

No instructions provided and no matter what I try no pool models show up. No way to add a yard picture and to visualize pools.

Cool Pool Simulator
The app was cool. I was able to place a simulated pool in my yard!
Loved it
We recently purchased a Latham pool and found the AR application to be a huge help in the process. The ability to be able to see different shapes of pools in various colors right in our backyard was amazing. It enabled us to decide what worked best for our backyard and the size we had available.

App was very helpful. Found the augmented reality to be incredibly fluid and glitch-free

The app will give you an idea of how the pool is going to look in your home. The only downside is that not all models are loaded.
It took me maybe 5 minutes to realize how it works. I tried some different shapes and sizes, and finishes.
One of the review says it is a waste of time because you cannot change the size of the pool. This is a stupid request as these pools are not customizable. They have a fixed shape and size.

Waste of time
There’s no way to change the size or scale of the pools so that one can accurately see a pool in the space!! The pools all look gigantic when I try to “visualize them” in the space - the virtual image of the pools literally cover our full size tennis court! It is 123’ long!!) Furthermore, there’s no way to zoom out to see the whole pool at once. Save your time and skip this! Print a photo of your yard and draw a pool onto it, that will be waaaaaaay better than this!
