Nice organization / Horrible editor
Like the title says. I like the organization but the actual editor has got to be one of the worst text editors I’ve ever used. Undo doesn’t reliably work. Put an @ in the middle of a word (like an email address) and it opens the command line. Don’t even get me started on table editing.

Mind-map to the max
This presents a brilliant way to map out anything. Seeing my book idea in a mind-map makes it wonderful to think of what concepts I missed and how I can further expand my concept. Writing the book then in little snippets based on my mind map makes writing the book so much easier than using a regular text editor. Awesome app, thank you.

Finally someone made it!
I've been searching for an all-in-one note-taking app for years, trying all the usual suspects like Notion, Evernote, Obsidian, OneNote and literally 10 more others :). Honestly, this app is the one I've been waiting for which seems mimicking how the brain thinks (as a neuroscience enthusiast). I'm surprised it's not more popular and a bit underrated– I think it just needs a bit more polish to really shine. I'd love to see it on Kickstarter so I can support it. I'm definitely sticking with it and looking forward to seeing it grow and mature. Thanks

Can't believe this is on the app store
I read a glowing review on Medium and was excited to try it again (had tried it initially but found it buggy). Surely it had been stabilized in the months since I tried it initially. Downloaded and tried to open..it crashed instantly. Made sure I stripped out all files (used Cleanmymac), ran repair permissions, rebooted, redownloaded and bam..instant crash. The basic response to all the criticisms of this app by the developer has been "update to the newest version" to which my response is, "test your product before you release it" and to Apple..this shouldn't be on the app store and wasting people's time

Makes note taking addictive !!
Lattics is by far the easiest note taking app I have ever come across.
The integration is smooth, no nonsense. I love that one can customize and organize notes hierarchially.
The card feature is useful.
And the fact that it's markdown compatible makes life easier for coders.
The interface is clean - minimal is the way to go.
Linking to Zotero or any PDF readers needs a bit more work I feel. Otherwise, highly recommended!!

Linking accounts
The inability to sync accounts through cloud services or transfer data via USB drives is a significant limitation. While the software is excellent, the lack of mobility is a major drawback.

This is a fantastic notes / brainstorming / PKM / mind mapping peice of software.
There are a few reasons why this app does not hit 5 stars for me, and why I won't be using it (for now).
1. There is no current iPhone or iPad app. This is a must for me.
2. No good way to "capture" important items through the use of a web clipper and/or mobile app.
3. Right now, Obsidian, Notion, and NotePlan are just better tools for the job.
The unique feature that sets Lattics apart is the ability to organize all your notes in a web, like a mind map. And it is in a way that's actually very usable, unlike Obsidian and Logseq. If you lean heavily into mind-mapping, and want a solid, but basic notes app attached to it, this would be the perfect app for you.

Required for Worldbuilders
I'm a worldbuilder. I'm currently in the middle of an expansive project, where I have pages about historical conflicts and pages about figures involved, pages about ettiquette and cultural myths and everything. It's the biggest project I've taken on, and I've been using Lattics to build it for the past year.
Without Lattics, I'd honestly be lost.
The only reason it's not five stars is the picture function is a little frustrating. I have yet to get the hang of it, and as I said, I've been using this app for character development and worldbuilding for about a year, now. The images, once imported, are difficult to wrangle and adjust in the document.
Still, I have recommended this app to all of my writer friends. If you want to stay organized, this is how to do it.

Missing Key Features
The app is amazing and the concept is exactly what I'm looking for. However, the following features are missing:
Archiving projects instead of deleting them.

The Update Was a Disappointment
I don't know if this was just a bug for me, but I downloaded the new upadate, and everything I had worked on was all jumbled up. The text was wonky and all different fonts and sizes. Some of my work even got deleted and I had to fish it out of the trash can. This update was not at all worth it, and frankly, the app before still needed MAJOR improvement. Will not use again.

I was looking for an APP that can work with Zotero smoothly. It was clamied that this APP can:"Lattics recognize Zotero’s note citation of source link. In the article text of Lattics, you can click the link to open Zotero and explore the pdf file and locate the relevant annotation." However, how to export zotero note regonized by lattics? how to enable bidirectional links? NO INFOMRMATION at all!

I am just getting familiar with it but already impressed! I am using it as I read personal/professional development books content via Apple Books. I wanted something that can help me track gold nuggets and actually put the information I learn into practice. Lattics helps me outline info, and I can see how eventually I can organize certain themes and topics via tags and access them quickly. Eventually hope to use them to develop content. Good stuff!

Amazing potential but DOES NOT SAVE!
This app has the potential to be the BEST writing and notetaking app on the market. It's layout is clean and simplifies what Notion does to an incredible degree. But...it doesn't save my work.
I've lost two whole pieces I spent hours writing becuase it doesn't save. That's an unforgiveable sin.

Needs improvement
Honestly, i want to preface what i am about to say with the hope you realize that you are truly on to something BIG here. This application is in desparate need of improvements because it is so clearly a potential game changer if it could just be enhanced to the level of performance it so obviously should be functioning at. The editing features are kind of a nightmare as it's practically impossible to edit just one bit of text without it re-formatting the entire page even if you only select a portion of text i found 8/10 times it would just change the whole body of txt. Which is why the undo/redo buttons need fixing because they don't even serve their intended purpose honestly if something changed and i wanted to simply revert to the previous it wouldn't even acknowledge what the format was before i changed it. Either doing nothing at all when hitting undo or literally undoing all of my work to its original form and the same with redo. This goes on and on with almost every feature which is why IT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. This app can really be a gamechanger and top the charts if you could just bring it up to the level it's obviously capable of functioning at. Keep at it hope to see updates in the future

Needs unlinked references
Roam will beat this because it has unlinked references that pulls anything without me having to tag. I also noticed there is no extension info or editor. Maybe more on how to use it would be perfect.
Some suggestions to make this a little app- Incorporate Nebo's handwriting to text skill- meaning you can handwrite and it will turn it into text. And considered a thing where it automatically makes mind maps for you

Needs a few things, nice potential
What I very much like is the workflow. From writing on cards on the right side, to putting cards into a list of articles on the left side.
1. When cards are lined up on the left side, it does not seem possible to "demote" an article into a subordinate card in the heirarchy. Maybe there is a way to do it, but I would expect to be able to do it from a right click or from a drag and drop. I think maybe what i have to do is label an article as an @ link to make it into a card linked to an article. but that seems a lot of work to go to. also it is not clear to me yet how to do that. so at this point i am not using the two-level hiearchy feature--just making a list of articles.
2. when writing cards, spell check indicates incorrect spelling but the feature of suggesting an alternative is either absent (within the ap) or blocked from the MacOS. So I see what a bad speller I am, but then I have to go on the net to find the correct spelling. Yikes.
3. I cannot seem to paste text into a card I am writing in except by going all the way up to the edit menu. I can copy, cut, delete with a right click, but cannot paste by right click, even when I have text in the clipboard. strange.

Almost There
I actually really enjoyed using this to organize a long document. It is a wonderful idea and unlike anything else i've seen.
There are some small buggy things that need to be addressed, like when you move sections around with drag and drop sometimes they dont go where you put them. This is problem for someone trying to organize a long document but probably not for the average user.
I hope the developer continues working on this. I would pay for this app if these little things are worked out.
