App is incredibly complicated and not user-friendly at all. Shouldn’t take 500 key strokes just to buy a salad.
Good food, bad app
Like the food but the app doesn’t work for ordering. I have used the app in the past to place an order. But the last several months, I get an error msg & can’t place my order. It’s annoying. I then have to call the store & place it. Sometimes they are too busy to take it right away. They should fix the app. (I’ve tried both turning my phone off & on. As well as deleting the app & reloading it. Still can’t use it. Please fix it.

Unable to create account
Every time I try to create a new account, it goes into sign in instead of new account, so I am unable to make any account at all.. not a good start. Hopefully the food I just picked up is way better than the app. If you guys fix the app in an acceptable amount of time, I will change my review to five stars.

Not the best app. Many choices, like extra sauce, or type of sauce not available depending on which item you select. As a result you have type into special instructions and cross your fingers. Also, does not accept Apple Pay.

If you want us to use this app you should be as convenient to use as the alternatives like DoorDash. This app does not support ApplePay or Google Pay. You have to enter your credit card manually. Nor does support auto fill of your card or address. The app is also slow and the text is small.
Why would you invest the time and money building this when it doesn’t even work as well as the alternatives?
That being said, it’s great food and the staff provides great service.

Worst customer service of any restaurant
Had wrong food order delivered, was told I’d get a full refund a few days later. Three weeks later, still nothing. I ordered from their own website, not via a third party app. The restaurant has not only not apologized in any way, or offer to compensate in any way or even return my calls or writing. The manager promises to help, then does nothing. In effect, the restaurant just stole from me and refuses to resolve it or do anything about it. Beware, if you order online from this restaurant, if there is a mistake, you’ll lose your money and your food and the restaurant will not take any responsibility.

Healthy, delicious food. Reliable, easy to navigate menu. Long live Laughing Planet.
Good app, great healthy food
The app is a nice timesaver once you set it up. Just takes a few taps and it’s ready for pick up. Laughing Planet is always a delicious and healthy meal option. I particularly enjoy the S.W. Green Chili burrito with sour cream.
Can’t order salad online
Seems ridiculous, it’s on the takeout menu - basically a no-brainer. Like a pro basketball player missing an open layup.
Buggy!!
Very buggy app! ApplePay causes it to crash, orders don’t go through and card numbers don’t get stored for future orders! Almost not worth the effort to eat there 😰
