Big uptick in service and quality
I had an unfortunate incident with Launder in February but they did make it right and have been dependable ever since. We have still been using them and they’re reliable.
Don’t trust them with delicate items
Launder absolutely destroyed a coat they were meant to dry clean and instead of contacting me about it they just packed it up and sent it back. They’re okay for laundry but this was a little too much carelessness in the dry cleaning department for my taste.
Great service
This service has been great time saver since we had our first baby. Customer service is very good, pickup and drop off tend to be on the end of the window and if they will be late they’ll text with an update. Laundry is handled according to our preferences. Baby sensitive detergent would be great to know what brand. I wish the app or website was more robust in that I can save my preferences in my profile and automatically apply to each order. Right now if I use the app I have to go by memory or look up their menu online, which btw is not easily found I have it bookmarked. Via web I have an email draft saved so I copy and paste from that. Because it’s easier to do it on a laptop I never use the app. But I wish I could!

Best laundry app!
I have used other laundry apps but this is the best one. My first order had strong scent and I saw on their bag tags that they have a free&clear option so I reached out to them and then they switched my detergent to seventh generation. It‘s been a few months and the laundry has always been consistent and the driver is amazing. I went downstairs a couple of times to give and pick up the laundry but he told me I can leave it at my door and he’d be happy to pick it up and drop it there. Definitely worth it!
