Big uptick in service and quality
I had an unfortunate incident with Launder in February but they did make it right and have been dependable ever since. We have still been using them and they’re reliable.
Don’t trust them with delicate items
Launder absolutely destroyed a coat they were meant to dry clean and instead of contacting me about it they just packed it up and sent it back. They’re okay for laundry but this was a little too much carelessness in the dry cleaning department for my taste.
Great service
This service has been great time saver since we had our first baby. Customer service is very good, pickup and drop off tend to be on the end of the window and if they will be late they’ll text with an update. Laundry is handled according to our preferences. Baby sensitive detergent would be great to know what brand. I wish the app or website was more robust in that I can save my preferences in my profile and automatically apply to each order. Right now if I use the app I have to go by memory or look up their menu online, which btw is not easily found I have it bookmarked. Via web I have an email draft saved so I copy and paste from that. Because it’s easier to do it on a laptop I never use the app. But I wish I could!

Best laundry app!
I have used other laundry apps but this is the best one. My first order had strong scent and I saw on their bag tags that they have a free&clear option so I reached out to them and then they switched my detergent to seventh generation. It‘s been a few months and the laundry has always been consistent and the driver is amazing. I went downstairs a couple of times to give and pick up the laundry but he told me I can leave it at my door and he’d be happy to pick it up and drop it there. Definitely worth it!

A Game Changer
As someone who lives in a walk-up and a multi block trek to the small neighborhood laundrymat, being able to rely on Launder is wonderful. Always great service, on time and great customer care, using Launder is an established routine both before the pandemic and a true winner throughout the crisis. Our clothes are always clean and well folded and treated with care especially with respect to labels. They even provided useful separated laundry bags to make life easier! I would highly recommend them!

Best laundry delivery service!
My partner and I have been using Launder for the past two years and have never had an issue. Pick-up is seamless and drop off is always on time. The customer service is top notch and they really treat your clothes with care. When we give instructions, it’s always been followed and throughout the years, I’ve seen Launder evolve in their level of service and it’s been wonderful to see. I would recommend them to everyone! It’s been such a time saver and we cannot say enough good things about them.

Ruined laundry
Received my laundry back with oil stains all over multiple articles of clothing. Did not check pockets before running my laundry (I thought this was a service?), and also combined whites with colors. Did not even offer to refund what they charged for the ruined load, and stopped replying. Terrible service.

Terrible - no support
Terrible. I wrote their customer support on Monday and here it is Friday with no response. I want to love the service but when I have no simple questions answered, how can I?
