Infuriating
Have to download their stupid app to cancel a pickup but the app won’t let me sign in first saying that the email/ password was wrong (it wasn’t), then saying I didn’t input anything (I did).
By far the best laundry & dry clean service
JULIETTE is the type of service you try once and question how you lived without it. It’s the way laundry & dry cleaning should be in the city. The app is a game changer and makes it super easy to schedule a pickup. You’ll have your clean and fresh smelling clothes returned in a day or so. SUPER CONSISTENT. I’d highly recommend stopping by their shop, it’s beautiful and reassuringly clean (the cleaning is done at the flagship store). Customer service is VIP service and would not be surprised if all the top fashion industry heads use this. You can tell the management is on top of their game and really care about providing the best experience for customers. Can’t recommend enough!

Think first class travel, 3 Michelin star food, or Ritz Carlton lodging — Juliette is that for laundry & dry cleaning service. Love everything JULIETTE stands for. I’ve been using the service for 2 years now and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I requested a last minute rush dry cleaning for my tux and they delivered it before I hopped on the plane. Does your laundry service do that? Didn’t think so. Thank you Juliette!

Worry-free laundry for NYC
App could be better, but service could not! Adds 3-5 hours to my week. Never had any issues, unlike Next Cleaners. Great laundry service!
