Infuriating
Have to download their stupid app to cancel a pickup but the app won’t let me sign in first saying that the email/ password was wrong (it wasn’t), then saying I didn’t input anything (I did).

JULIETTE is the type of service you try once and question how you lived without it. It’s the way laundry & dry cleaning should be in the city. The app is a game changer and makes it super easy to schedule a pickup. You’ll have your clean and fresh smelling clothes returned in a day or so. SUPER CONSISTENT. I’d highly recommend stopping by their shop, it’s beautiful and reassuringly clean (the cleaning is done at the flagship store). Customer service is VIP service and would not be surprised if all the top fashion industry heads use this. You can tell the management is on top of their game and really care about providing the best experience for customers. Can’t recommend enough!

Think first class travel, 3 Michelin star food, or Ritz Carlton lodging — Juliette is that for laundry & dry cleaning service. Love everything JULIETTE stands for. I’ve been using the service for 2 years now and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I requested a last minute rush dry cleaning for my tux and they delivered it before I hopped on the plane. Does your laundry service do that? Didn’t think so. Thank you Juliette!

App could be better, but service could not! Adds 3-5 hours to my week. Never had any issues, unlike Next Cleaners. Great laundry service!

This app changed everything about how I do my laundry. One click is all it takes to schedule a pick up for my laundry or dry cleaning. I typically give it to my door man and by the next day, my door man typically has my laundry already cleaned!
Juliette honestly take care of my clothes more than any other services or cleaners I’ve ever used before. They put my clothes on velvet hangers, my suits in beautiful suit bags that they let me keep, and my laundry in hampers that I also reuse! The cleaning is also really good, never had any issues. Great job Juliette team! Keep up the awesome work! Loyal for life.

Juliette is by far the best laundry service you will ever find. Over many years, I have tried dozens of other companies, always going back to doing my own wash. But not anymore! Juliette is like having your own personal Laundress! The app couldn't be easier to use. One tap and your laundry is picked up and returned to your door; washed and folded to perfection!!!

Don't bother
A total waste of time with their customer approach/invitation. It's a service for laundry, not a request for a Bentley with a custom paint job. This company needs to post areas serviced on their website or app...
