This isn’t compatible with Wash-Connect
As the title suggests, this app isn’t yet compatible with the Wash-Connect system in my apartment complex. I’ll be trying this with other QR code washing machines. Hopefully the devs are able to include this system in the future.
Disappointing customer service
I initially was excited to find this app, and my first few loads worked perfectly. Suddenly, it stopped working after I bought a $20 package. Now I can't get a refund despite it not working anymore, seems rather convenient that it stopped working after I spent money. The customer service was not understanding and completely unhelpful.
Edit - I absolutely did not use the app anywhere else, and the first few loads did work for me.

Hi Taylor! We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience. Looking back the customer representative’s logs, looks like you were using the app at an unauthorized location. You spent money and used the service somewhere else, then asked for a refund. When you use the service, it costs us money. Therefore, we can’t refund you. This was all explained throughly in our communications to you and in our terms of service! We hope you can find another provider!
