So easy!
I’ve been using this app at a local Laundromat since 2024,simple and easy to use and navigate. I just wish there was a way to know which laundromats used this app. Great app!

This clean rite is very clean and well organized I appreciate the worker they are very helpful and very knowledgeable!
Intentional scam
This app makes you set up an account and then associate it with a laundromat, then add a minimum of $10 “to the account”. That money, it turns out, is permanently tied to that particular laundromat, and you have to make a new account for a new location. They are intentionally enabling overcharging in an obscured fashion where you assume you can continue using the app on your road trip or whatever and then kiss the rest of your money goodbye. Might as well buy a card at the place, because this is the same thing. Stick to quarters.

SCAM
Do not download. App is a scam. All of these five star reviews are either from the scammers themselves or people who have not used the laundry. It will not let you load enough money to wash one single load, the minimum amount is $10 at a time
Only one place
Recently, I made a new account with LaundryCat and it was so smooth to use and I could see how much time I had left. But, I ended up moving and finding out that they use LaundryCat too. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it at this new laundromat because it’s only for specific locations? So I have $13 just sitting there for nothing. Won’t use again.
