Steals Money
Well this app is really nice to do laundry, minus the fact that every now and then my money just gets taken for no reason. I have to load an entire ten more dollars just to dry my clothes because it randomly took my dryer money. And it continues to do it, so that's not cool. If you fix that, then easily this gets 5 stars..

Notifications don’t work
Getting cycle done notifications on iOS was always sketchy but now they don’t work at all. Everything is set up properly to deliver notifications but I *never* get them. Why offer the option if you’re never going to make it functional?
Rarely works
This app glitches and has connectivity issues all the time. It took $20 from me then I had to lay another $20 for a card because this app refuses to work. Now I’m out $40. I hate this app so much!

Very clean, staff is helpful, more than enough washers/dryers, and I like that they have pickup/dropoff services
