Notifications don’t work
Getting cycle done notifications on iOS was always sketchy but now they don’t work at all. Everything is set up properly to deliver notifications but I *never* get them. Why offer the option if you’re never going to make it functional?
Rarely works
This app glitches and has connectivity issues all the time. It took $20 from me then I had to lay another $20 for a card because this app refuses to work. Now I’m out $40. I hate this app so much!

Super simple app. I don’t have to keep track of another card in my wallet. It makes my laundry experience faster.

I love that I can start the washer and dryer using my phone. Don't have to worry about carrying cash. Just transfer from bank 😊

Best laundromat
I don’t go to laundromats often but I would have to rate this the best I have ever seen. Clean and state of the art machines. The staff is spectacular. If you live by one of these, I highly recommend going there.
Poor service
One of the machines was glitching out and kept accepting my payment, but then wouldn’t actually run the washer. I took a screenshot of the payments being taken out and proof that it wasn’t working and he got no response back And no refund. Pretty disappointing.

I had a great experience at this laundromat! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and very easy to use. I especially loved how convenient the payment system was—no hassle carrying around coins or searching for change.
The washers and dryers were clean and worked great. While waiting for my laundry, I enjoyed being able to watch TV, which made the time go by quickly. One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restrooms, something that is often overlooked at other laundromats.
Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to do laundry. I will definitely be coming back!

Great app!
This is a great app for making payments for both washing and drying. The only caveat is sometimes I’ll get an alert hours or days later. Good thing I stay there during the whole process.
Used my $ but didn't add time to dryer
This app kept charging my account and the app showed that I had time on the dryer (45 minutes) but the dryer wouldn't update and only showed 8 minutes. Kept trying to add time and it wouldn't update on the machine after the first 8 minutes. I ended up buying a physical card from the laundromat just to get my laundry done.

What a wonderful place
The quality of customer service is on point. They’re always efficient, it’s Cleaning. It has great prices.
Hot water issue
I sent a message about two weeks ago about a hot water issue with one of the machines, and the problem is still occurring. Even when I use the cold cycle, the machine becomes extremely hot. It appears that the issue was never resolved.
