The best laundry service in the city!
It's my favorite laundry company in Dubai.
Absolutely amazing in every way
My duvet was delivered early, in 2 days not in 4 as originally stated on the app. It was the same last time, it came early, the very next day instead of the standard 4 days.
My duvet was in perfect condition and the delivery man Imran was so polite - everything about laundryman is amazing in every sense.
They are the complete opposite of Washmen who ruined my duvet when it was bought just 2 weeks prior, an AED 3,500 duvet, because they didn’t follow the instructions, they didn’t have the chemicals needed for the special grey down, didn’t notify me, and delivered it completely ruined. As well as the bag of my sheets that when I contacted them the next day they told me “oh we forgot to wash thay bag” so they just delivered back my sheets dirty - and charged me. I had to contact me on my own to find out, they wouldn’t have notified me, and they didn’t process the refund until I threatened to sue, 10 days later.
Laundryman are fantastic. They deliver your items early, they’re in perfect condition, the delivery man is always so polite, and the best thing about them is that they wash pet products like pet beds. They don’t judge.
Again, unlike Washmen who must put your laundry with others because they said they don’t accept pet beds and accessories because they might get mixed with the human laundry.
Laundryman wash your products only together on their own, no mixing, and follow the labels and down to the T, and deliver them back in absolutely perfect - just like new - condition . AND on top of it, early!!

Ruined expensive item, refused even a refund, even after admitting their fault
We had been using these guys for a while - spent a good couple of thousand Dhs - and then they ruined some expensive linen bedding. Big red/pink streaks. When we complained, they initially tried to blame us saying we had included something red in the wash (we didn’t - none of the other whites were ruined). They collected the item for assessment, agreed it was their fault, and then offered us A 55 DIRHAM CREDIT in return. Refused to even refund what we paid them for the original clean! There are hundreds of laundry providers in Dubai - I totally recommend you go somewhere else.

Unable to access the app
Don’t waste your time downloading the app. I am trying to access the app but it’s not loading anything. I tried 4G and WiFi and tried to call the company but nobody answers.
Extremely Unreliable
The collection is always late, customer service is very hit or miss and highly unresponsive.
The only thing going for them is their relatively low prices but they are definitely not worth the hassle.
