Damaged clothes

When I got my items back they were extremely damages - trousers had rips at the seams, trousers had marks from extreme heat pressing, items that had a sheen were completely matt and looked worn in.

Bedsheets came back with weird marks on them that wasn’t on there before!! Waste of money!

Waiting for my items to be delivered

Have been using this service for a few months and find it to be very handy. However the last order has been a disaster, rescheduled the delivery twice now and still waiting for my items. Received no apology or updates until I contacted their support. No offer to reimburse me either. Hence the 1 star. Poor service.
