Horrible app
I’ve been using this app for years now and one day mysteriously my account gets disabled and they tell me they can’t help me or escalate the situation or even tell me why it happened. What a slap in the face for real loyal workers
Job previews
The app is definitely super helpful for starting out, but the thing I think would be super helpful for all pros would be if yall would attach photos of the actual property by the customer the day they requested a service, instead of a satellite view, so that your not guessing what your getting into or super high unexpected grass upon arrival. It would prevent people from either dropping the job or submitting a new requested quote for super tall grass because most likely the “new mowing” jobs will be all over the place with weeds and clearly an unmaintained lawn. (Atleast in my experience)

Spare yourself, do not use
The app is poorly constructed and not well thought out. This causes issues that you as a pro will be blamed and penalized for. If your area isn’t full of jobs then their punitive “pause” on your account is effectively a permanent ban. Once your account is paused, you will be unable to accept new jobs until you completed 5 jobs. Not sure how that’s possible. Then out of the blue I get an email from their legal department threatening a $5000 lawsuit, but zero details. Please spare yourself the time and frustration of dealing with this company and app.

Super helpful for starters
If you’re just opening your business, this app makes it SUPER easy to get properties and get money. The payouts aren’t as much as they should be and the cancelation/completion formulas are rigged to not let us get a higher level… but you get money regardless.
You won’t get your money
I have waited and contacted support multiple times and I haven’t gotten my first pay even though they say they will pay me
Better Apps out there
Don’t bother with this app. If you don’t hit their metrics in the first few days, which is only possible if you’re a commercial outfit with employees, you will be shunned and dropped into a tier they use that gets zero opportunities. Then you drop lower because they no longer offer work but say you need 20+ jobs to move up.

What a joke
What a joke of a service. They promise the pros the moon and stars, but when you actually talk to them they just tell you they can’t do anything for you. It’s fine if you are really struggling to get yards. But don’t say I didn’t tell you when you pull up to a 50 dollar job with grass up to your chest and they tell you they aren’t going to pay you anymore then quoted. Just did a 50 dollar job that I would have easily quoted 300 for. That’s on me though I should just have got back in the truck and drove off.

Notifications not working
I have had this app for three months and the notifications still don’t work. I have been through my iPhone and adjusted all appropriate settings to allow for notifications to include texts and emails. The app has these options as well but regardless, I only receive emails. This needs to be addressed asap.

Great App
Wonderful way to make some extra money if you’re dedicated to it! I love it
Subpar
I would be great if they made the clients pay a last minute cancellation fee to help offset gas and unserious clients. I have had 2/3 clients “cancel” after I knocked on their door for service.
No notifications
This app could easily been one of the top performing service, providing apps. However, this app has a major flaw, it does not send notifications when jobs are available. I miss out on hundreds of jobs and opportunities. When I called the helpline, the only thing they could tell me was the uninstalled and reinstall the app. I’ve done that four times still doesn’t work.

Not able to submit my job completion
Every time I try to submit my final photos it acts like it’s going to submit then just stays on the same page.
No Soliciting
The app is great fot meeting people but a lot of customers ratger just work with me instead of thru the app but apparently we cant tell them about our actual business because we will be fined $5000 a person which i dont think is fair, for the customer or pro, ive been with the app two months and i dont great job on each visit only to get paid $30 some yards take hours and for that little pay it doesn’t add up! I charged a customer $100 for weeding and the app makes the customer pay $140 what type of stuff is that. Thanks for the opportunity but i take my business too serious to continue to use

It’s ok
I’ve been utilizing this app for a month now it’s not too bad to fill in empty spots. The pay rate is 50% lower than what my company charges on average. Currently dealing with a property from them, customer originally paid for 13k sqft area with a pay of $47, but customer requested a total area 32k sqft and it’s two commercial buildings. Lawnstart updated the service area and took the pay from $47 per 13k sqft to a whopping $50 dor 32,000 sqft. I wish the app was more user-friendly and broke down earnings and payouts a little bit better. They need to update their pricing method with clients. Especially when average acre to mow is $100-$120 minimum. Ran into a few unhinged clients, they show you why they don’t have a dedicated Landscape company. But for the most part, the customers are OK,
